    I honestly never used the microwave. I thought the trim kit I had would fit it but it didn’t. I tried to go on your website to find a trim kit for this microwave but you didn’t have one. I also tried calling and was on hold for 45 minutes. I decided just to return the microwave and find a place that has a microwave and trim kit that I could buy at the same time.

    From day one, the door would take several tries pushing the cheap plastic button until it opened. One day, it kept running after taking food out. When I tried to reopen the door, a plastic part inside snapped. Had to unplug it to stop it. Luckily, Best Buy was awesome about returning it. 5 stars for their customer service.

    My last GE Profile lasted 19 years, and was still working. Seems well made and I hope it lasts. I upgraded to this model with the trim kit (JX7230SLSS). Works great and is super quiet compared to my original.

    Very disappointed with this GE Profile Microwave Oven. The interior is grey which makes the interior dark. The light within does not provide adequate light to overcome the dark interior. The electronic touch-pad controls do not display in low light as my former microwave oven did. The touch-pad control has a tab for Healthy Menu. What does this mean? Also the potato tab has ended in an err each time I used it.

We will share your feedback regarding the interior of the microwave with our engineering and design teams. The Healthy Menu feature is listed on page 16 in the manual. Simple place your food in the oven and press the Healthy Menu pad and enter the code and press the start pad. Note: If you open the door while the food code of Healthy Menu or Potato cycle is displayed, you will see the ERR code appear, and you'll want to cancel it to remove the error.     not easy to find replacement for previous g.e. profile built in. Received mid June but wish they had kept it exact same dimensions since I had to have carpentry work done to have the trim kit fit and reinstalled Very happy with it, much improved door latch, previous Profile was not easy. Great appearance, like the dark interior and like that the keypad requires the slightest touch.
