I have had two replacement and NONE of the three refrigerators will maintain the correct temperatures. It is beyond amazing that I have now had three different refrigerators and none have worked properly. As I write this, I am trying to schedule a repair on it. I hate this refrigerator.

This was not a delivery damage; the issue was there when the product was unboxed in front of us (and pointed out by the delivery person). Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use this refrigerator as we decided to purchase a different brand. So with that said, I would still recommend this refrigerator just based on all the other nice features.

Nice look,but a few minor issues

The freezer drawer requires a harder than expected tug to get open. Other refrigerators such as a comparable LG have a latched drawer handle that is much easier to open. The stainless is not fingerprint proof.

The Best Buy delivery team also installed and tested the water supply line to the new refrigerator.

It seems to be very well made.

Sergio went out of the way to order and deliver or new GE refrigerator.

BB Delivered a bad Unit the first time (which could not keep the temperature below 40° on a regular basis), And then said they would deliver a new replacement unit.... Which was missing bottom of doors casing and started melting water from the refrigerator into the freezer. Returning this model for a second time and going to drop GE refrigerators for good. What a cluster what a joke Hope others don't have to go through a nightmare like this, And why is BB selling these lemons?

Three week failure

Better than Last One

Great space in the upper area for every size item except the tiny top shelf on the ice make section only can fit Jell-O containers. Also, the inside wording is poorly done and looks like is was never finished and several dings not caused by delivery but GE. But the basic product is great.

I have friends wih the refrigerator and they love it. I have all GE Cafe appliances so I expect it ot be great!

Very Poor Quality for a Very High Price!

Ice maker/water line froze up 3. Frost continually formed around the in door ice maker 3. Excessive amounts of frost on freezer food. No more GE appliances for me. Best Buy was great in helping me exchange this product.
