My experience is this refrigerator is very loud. In an open concept living area , the noise is annoying. There are times I can hear the refrigerator running while standing at my front door (note it’s not a small area). I’ve had the refrigerator serviced twice since receiving the refrigerator on 11/2/22. Each time the nice service person tries to resolve the issue and for that moment it may not sound loud. But it doesn’t take long before the compressor is sounding like an industrial refrigerator made for a restaurant. I definitely would not buy this fridge again. I’m not sure if the problem is the GE refrigerator or Best Buy defective products, either way… I’m staying away from both.

We reviewed many fridges before decided on GE Profile. We wanted a counter depth so we thought it would have less room than our old one but with the French Doors it actually seems bigger. It's louder than our old fridge which was unexpected and the stainless will take some getting used to (fingerprints) but we really like it.

We are on our 2nd one in 4 years. I wouldn’t recommend this particular model.

The refrigerator is very good. It keeps the food cold without freezing any of it. The air circulation is better than the previous model I had. The compartments are just the right size. Water and ice cube maker on door works well. The crushed ice is ok. The one complaint is it is very noisy.

I’ve always had good luck with GE appliances but not so much with this one. First refrigerator delivered stopped working after 2 days. Best Buy was awesome at getting us a replacement very quickly. We’ve had this one for a month now and so far so good but I am concerned about long term durability.

We picked the Ge Profile for its ratings and needed the shallow dimensions. Freezer fits more than expected. The ice dispenser tends to drop ice beyond the rim of the glass so we need to pick up ice. Also, auto fill feature doesn't sense clear water bottles well.

Item was refused/returned upon delivery due to a foam substance seeping through one of the hinges. This was not a delivery damage; the issue was there when the product was unboxed in front of us (and pointed out by the delivery person). Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use this refrigerator as we decided to purchase a different brand. So with that said, I would still recommend this refrigerator just based on all the other nice features.

We love this fridge- a lot of great features. Would recommend it to a friend.

I bought this refrigerator in a few month. I have had two replacement and NONE of the three refrigerators will maintain the correct temperatures. It is beyond amazing that I have now had three different refrigerators and none have worked properly. As I write this, I am trying to schedule a repair on it. I hate this refrigerator.

We upgraded to this when we did a remodel. We decided on the counter depth for looks. Definitely smaller than our old one, but all of these are. Runs good, cold water and ice. Quiet. So far very happy after a year.

Good refrigerator, only issue we had was the freezer needed to be adjusted multiple times to get a correct seal.

I like the stainless steel finger prints do not show but it is very small.

We replaced a very old side by side fridge and love the French Door counter depth. Easy access and great zisibilty . I am able to get more food in the regridgerator part as well as the freezer. The water sensing for filling water works well too.

We love our refrigerator we purchased from Best Buy. Their were very helpful in showing us different models and features that interest us. It looks great in our remodeled kitchen and works great too! We will refer Best Buy to our family and friends. Thanks so much, Mary

I had a 29 cu ft GE French door fridge that I sold with my house. Moved into a new place that had a counter depth GE side by side. Hated it but it's just personal preference. Couldn't go deeper or more cu ft but switching it out for the 22 cu ft French door model did seem to give us more room. Wider layout works better for us. This fridge is sleek looking. Adjustable shelves help a lot. We also moved all of our canned and bottled beverages to a small beverage fridge. If I could have the deeper one I would but for counter depth it's perfect.

It’s an amazing fridge with a ton of space and a great display.

Refrigerator looks and works great, but there are a few minor issues. The freezer drawer requires a harder than expected tug to get open. Other refrigerators such as a comparable LG have a latched drawer handle that is much easier to open. The stainless is not fingerprint proof.

The only appliance Best Buy successfully delivered and installed of the four GE appliances we ordered. The Best Buy delivery team also installed and tested the water supply line to the new refrigerator.

Item was difficult to find. Best Buy had it in stock and delivered it on time. Installation and haul away was flawless. Geeks were knowledgable and professional.

We looked a long time before deciding on the GE Profile Series, but the deciding factor was the store clerk, "Sergio" in the Wichita, KS east Best Buy store, he was the BEST! Sergio went out of the way to order and deliver or new GE refrigerator.
