    Initially wrapped in a blue film that two months after receiving, we are still trying to remove all remnants of. C'mon GE. We and no issues with the wrappings of the BOSCH appliances we bought. Poor engineering of the drawer on the bottom of the refrigerator (not freezer). You must open BOTH refrigerator doors to access this, wasting energy. Either make a separate drawer, or break it into two drawers. Freezer doesn't always shut without a great deal of pressure. Not a fan.

    Very disappointing! Within an extremely short amount of time this appliance: 1. Seal came apart 2. Ice maker/water line froze up 3. Frost continually formed around the in door ice maker 3. Excessive amounts of frost on freezer food. No more GE appliances for me. Best Buy was great in helping me exchange this product.

    The refrigerator looks good and has good features. The biggest problem was getting one out of the box that did not have damage. It took four tries to get it right. The first one had a dent and two others had issues with the drink dispenser. Finally got a good one on the fourth try.

    Looks awesome in the slate finish. Delivery guys did a great job and made sure that nothing got damaged going down the basement stairs.

    This is a great fridge. The color is awesome and even though it is shallow (counter depth) you can still fit a lot inside of it.

    Working good so far. My only whine is that the ice tray is too small. Holds enough ice for 4 cocktails, tops! Looks good, and easy to clean.

    Researched all counter depths, and all bottom freezer/French door. Given I have always had GE appliances (Monogram or Profile), I decided on GE. The new SLATE color was a bonus. Remodeled kitchen and designed around this color.
