Cleans well and it's quiet. Haven't had it too long, so I hope it lasts. I haven't tried the app yet, and will see if its worth the extra cost.

It’s quiet and easy to establish the washing cycles.

The unit is beautiful and is the most powerful and quiet dishwasher we have ever owned. Whisper quiet and does not disturb the dishware so loading the dishwasher is easy. The cleaning job is great. Unfortunately, the same praise cannot be given to the workmanship. One month out of warranty, the chrome accent piece, at the top of the unit began to pull away from the unit. I called the extended warranty people who told me cosmetics are not covered. I called GE and got my issue escalated. Come to find out, this is not a user replaceable part, it is part of the control panel. But, since the unit is functionally okay, nothing they can do. I explained that we paid for the looks as much as for the unit itself and it is a bit tacky to have a piece of trim falling off. I tried to glue it myself but no success. May not be important to most as the unit itself works well, but my wife is furious at this lack of quality and zero support from GE

Have only had for a short time and only used once. Pretty quiet. Fairly well built.

Needed a new dishwasher and so far this one really fits the bill. We love how quiet it is. Have not used all the features yet but look forward to it.

Quietly does the job in record time! Love the light upper rack for plastic tops or big utensils! Jet wash your glassware !

A bit pricey but works great and I like the third shelf for knives and extra utensils. The bottle washer jets are great too

This dishwasher has spacious loading capacity, but very long regular washing cycles >1.5 hrs long. A fan inside on upper left side door automatically goes on throughout the day with audible motor sound that can be heard in the next room. Plus there was a minor cosmetic damage on the door out of box, and since this was the second try with this GE model (first time one of the hoses had a leak) so I decided to exchange it for a Bosch 500 series. I didn’t have to pay for additional installation fee or new parts for the exchange. Best Buy customer service was very good in processing my exchange request.

I like the new features of a third rack and jet sprayers to really clean bottles and glasses.

This has not been a good experience. We purchased this product as an open box item in "excellent" condition which Best Buy confirms "look(s) brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs". I drove 60 miles (120 total) to collect it at their Brockton, MA store and was assured by the sales assistant that it was as described. It was heavily wrapped in plastic so I took their word. My mistake. When I got home it had several very obvious dents on the front door. Best Buy customer service was unable to reclassify it as being in fair condition and credit me the difference. Instead, she set up a scheduled phone call (you can't call them directly) for me to speak directly with the store. They never called me back. And I couldn't take another 3 hours to return it. So I went ahead and plumbed it in - which brings me to part 2 of this review - the product has multiple design failings: 1) The lower rack has to be physically lifted up to make it over the interior rack rail onto the front door rail - they are not aligned. Or you can pull the rack out, have it hit the door rail and risk displacing all your items. 2) The lower rack tines which separate the dishes can theoretically be set to one of several angles by adjusting their position and engaging them in a ratchet. Unfortunately, the materials are made of such cheap plastic that they don't stay in place and flip-flop with the slightest touch. Terrible. 3) The space below the tines described in 2 above is so large (and lacking any cross beam) that objects that are not round in shape and with a diameter of a large plate, stick through or fall through the gap to the bottom of the dishwasher. 4) Do not buy this unit if you plan to have it to the left of your sink. The shape and angle of the tines and the position of the silverware basket is designed for practical use only if the dishwasher is to the left of your sink and only if you're left-handed. Amazing. 5) Finally, there's some crazy air circulator feature that keeps going on and humming any time of day and night - even with the door open. 6) Several of my items don't come out clean - even after setting to heavy load. In summary, a junk dishwasher for the price and buyer beware. Also, an extremely disappointing experience with Best Buy's customer service. Beware of their open box items.

So far so good. Had this installed yesterday and I’ve run a few cycles. It seems to be working really well. Very quiet!
