Amazing Dishwasher, highly reccomended. The fingerprintless design and third rack is awesome!

This works great and is super quiet compared to my old dishwasher.

This has not been a good experience. We purchased this product as an open box item in "excellent" condition which Best Buy confirms "look(s) brand new — with no physical flaws, scratches or scuffs". I drove 60 miles (120 total) to collect it at their Brockton, MA store and was assured by the sales assistant that it was as described. It was heavily wrapped in plastic so I took their word. My mistake. When I got home it had several very obvious dents on the front door. Best Buy customer service was unable to reclassify it as being in fair condition and credit me the difference. Instead, she set up a scheduled phone call (you can't call them directly) for me to speak directly with the store. They never called me back. And I couldn't take another 3 hours to return it. So I went ahead and plumbed it in - which brings me to part 2 of this review - the product has multiple design failings: 1) The lower rack has to be physically lifted up to make it over the interior rack rail onto the front door rail - they are not aligned. Or you can pull the rack out, have it hit the door rail and risk displacing all your items. 2) The lower rack tines which separate the dishes can theoretically be set to one of several angles by adjusting their position and engaging them in a ratchet. Unfortunately, the materials are made of such cheap plastic that they don't stay in place and flip-flop with the slightest touch. Terrible. 3) The space below the tines described in 2 above is so large (and lacking any cross beam) that objects that are not round in shape and with a diameter of a large plate, stick through or fall through the gap to the bottom of the dishwasher. 4) Do not buy this unit if you plan to have it to the left of your sink. The shape and angle of the tines and the position of the silverware basket is designed for practical use only if the dishwasher is to the left of your sink and only if you're left-handed. Amazing. 5) Finally, there's some crazy air circulator feature that keeps going on and humming any time of day and night - even with the door open. 6) Several of my items don't come out clean - even after setting to heavy load. In summary, a junk dishwasher for the price and buyer beware. Also, an extremely disappointing experience with Best Buy's customer service. Beware of their open box items.

The dishwasher is good. The installation wasn’t so good. Installer didn’t know how to install the foam to insulate it for noise. Caused a water leak when installing.

Dishes came out out ok. Sometimes i needed to preclean dishes first

The only good part about this appliance it its quietness of operation, you can slightly hear it when it is running, unfortunately it is quiet when it runs and it doesn't run for very long. I purchased this dishwasher about 10 months ago and from one day to the next, it went completely dead, no lights on the boards, no sounds, nothing. I made sure that electricity was getting all the way to the j-box under the machine before calling for warranty service. I have been without my new dishwasher for six weeks already and still can not get a clear answer from the Tech or GE on when it will be repaired. Anyway, if this machine completely broke in less than 10 months, then it is obviously not a machine I would recommend to anyone.

This dishwasher has features that include energy savings, a sanitation option, odor reduction, blue tooth, and drawer flexibility. Because of the number of options and to make choices for the moment, read the manual carefully and practice the options to maximize the features. The use manual could be bit less dense.

Awesome dishwasher. It has all the options I was looking for and its very quiet

I purchased this dishwasher in June 2022. I have had to have it repaired 6 different times, some for repeat issues. When it works, its great. But its rarely worked in the under 2 years ive owned the machine. The heating element just went out (again) and I’m replacing the unit with a Bosch instead of going forward with another repair.

Assuming this for the dishwasher since that is all that we've received so far. It's been a rocky start with delivery person NOT showing up within the designated appt. window of 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. After I made 2 phone calls, he finally showed up at 3:40 pm. No explanation. He then told us we had to have a valve changed under the sink before he could install the dishwasher, and when that was done, I should call in to have a new date set up for the installation. He then left my home. He did leave the dishwasher with us. Did get installed Feb 17. As of today, Feb 18, haven't used yet.

Great features, does everything i want and then some

The dishwasher looks great and the deliver team did a great job in delivering it on time and placing it at the right place. Love it.

Been using it for almost a year now and we’re never been happier.

The drawers are a little harder to pull out than my old one you have to pull straight out. If you pull from The side they kind of stick. But when you do that they glide easy.

I do not want to give a review at this time. Maybe at a later time.
