The build quality is otherwise really good.

Clanking Noise

We tried everything to fix it but it hasnt worked. The cleaning is a 4/5. We havent had much luck with the third rack getting clean.

It seems to have all the bells and whistles but seriously lacks in the most important thing which is cleaning the dishes. Cleaning glassware using the second shelf leaves glasses cloudy with residue. Seriously disappointed in this product. I "assumed" there would be the normal 30 satisfaction guaranteed but Best Buy only provides a 15 day guarantee. We have had the dishwasher for 22 days. We have purchased many products from Best Buy but this will the last. Lowes or Home Depot can have our business

Every time you pull out the bottom drawer, the right rear set of wheels pop off. Not constructed well.

Very awkward to load and lacks power to clean. You have to use the heavy cycle for the lightest loads which isn't very eco-friendly.
