Thought it was the location of the control panel and I kept hitting it inadvertently. Made sure it was not running when I went to bed,,,,woke up this morning and heard something running yet again! What is up with that?

Didn't clean very well. 7 months outside of warranty and the touch screen stopped working making it unusable. Really disappointed for the price how poorly it performed. Will not be going with GE for our next purchase.

The store and corporate dropped the ball. Thank goodness for Jason at the store. He worked through the issues and we picked-up our dishwasher ourselves. Will think long and hard before another buy at Best(?) Buy.

I purchased this dishwasher specifically because it was one of the quietist on the market. According to a decibel reader, it is closer to 60 dBa! It is so loud that we cannot watch tv in the great room which is part of the same large living area. The unit also does not clean well unless you put it on a longer cycle.

PROBLEM: Roller carts of lower shelf fall off all the time and eventually get caught on the heating element and melt. After two weeks since we bought it the dish washer is useless till I find ports.

Worse dishwasher possible

The installer had to disconnect it & bring it back to the garage. They were not allowed to take the defective dishwasher with them. So I have to wait 4 weeks for someone to come & pick it up. I am waiting for another one. It is going to take 4 weeks before I get the new one & it gets installed.
