One of the reasons we chose this is because of the 42dBA noise rating. It is much noisier than the last one we had which had a higher dBA rating and was 13 years old. If you’re looking for a quiet dishwasher, this is not the one you want.

This dishwasher stopped working after 1 1/2 months. Because it was under warranty I had to have GE make the repairs. I waited 1 week for an appointment then was told the broken( plastic) part would probably take 2-3 weeks to arrive, maybe more. I am shocked and disgusted. This is brand new! I have been treated very badly by GE.

This unit does NOT, i repeat NOT, come with a 3rd rack. It is a 2 rack device that has an optional 3rd rack installation kit that has to be ordered and installed separately. Bestbuy said they would correct the messaging nearly 4 weeks ago and to date the messaging is still inaccurate. My purchase date is inaccurate on this as well. I purchased the product on March 18th but due to other issues with Bestbuy dispatch they erased the order and had to redo on April 30th. Another Best buy fun issue to deal with on the phone for hours and hours. The product on the other hand worked flawlessly.

It is now August 2022 and I'm unable to clear the "LD" error code indicating a drainage issue despite all the water drained out as usual. I assessed the air gap and garbage disposal lines and both are clear. There is no food visible when the filters are removed. Unfortunately, I purchased the extended warranty offered from Best Buy through Appliances Connection which expires next month and appears to be bogus. The company has no record of my purchase on their website because it was never "registered" and now will not accept registration. The dishwasher is absolutely fantastic except for the regular issues with drainage which up until now have always been easily mitigated. Also, if you want wifi, you will need to purchase a separate device to install underneath the dishwasher, this information is nowhere in the product listing.
