That one had all kinds of issues. The plastic drawer in the freezer would not work on the track. The piece on the left door that creates the seal when the doors are closed would not operate as intended. The right hand door squeaked every time it was closed. We now have a replacement GE Profile and all the above items work as designed however the compressor or some internal part is making a continuous wining noise that is very irritating. They are coming back out tomorrow to see if it can be repaired or we need to replace the refrigerator for a third time. Not sure I want to stay with GE unless they upgrade us to the Cafe version of the same refrigerator that hopefully is of better quality.

Great Refrigerator

We love the cooling drawer above the freezer. Only had one small issue with the freezer seal needing to be replaced, but GE covered that under warranty. Overall, an excellent option for those looking for a refrigerator that both looks and works great!

Also, when it was installed, the installation techs did not remove all of the plastic for the seams ad there are still pieces in many places that are impossible to remove.

Every time Best Buy delivery - the refrigerator is damaged. It appears like that Best Buy is not inspecting products prior to delivering it to the customer. Unfortunately for me I have to continue waisting my time and rescheduling a new delivery. As for the new customers - think twice if you want to stick with damaged products and spend long hours on the phone talking with unprofessional V Best Buy customer service support for rescheduling new delivery date. I recommend to avoid Best Buy when considering where to purchase expensive appliances. Otherwise, be ready to deal with a lot of damaged items and multiple delivery days as well as countless hours on the phone.
