We opted and payed for them to come install it and hook it up to the existing lines and the experience wasnt the best. They didnt have the correct size hose and said they would be back the next day, but its been a couple of days and the installers arent picking up and bestbuy isnt doing anything about. Its an easy fix and i already repaired it but i dont thinks its a good business practice to that to customers

Ice maker on the door is cheap plastic although I love the slim line ice maker on the inside. The cold cut drawer is a bad design since both doors have to be open to use. Most of all I dislike the ding sound when the frig is open, it goes off to soon and won't stop for loading groceries or cleaning. Last the 2nd freezer drawer has no light, this is the worst.

GE allegedly scheduled a repair company for one week later, but they called and said the earliest initial visit will be Sept. 11th. Items on or near the door are also not cooled properly. Our old other brand had an additional door vent to cool this area. GE needs to do the same. if I turn the temp down to compensate, I'm afraid we'll have frozen items near the vents. We liked the design looks of the GE profile and wanted to buy American products, but they still need to up their quality and service games a bit more.
