Posted .We want to help you with the sound level of your refrigerator. We recommend making sure your unit is properly leveled to an even floor. Posted .Hello- We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and apologize for the delay in our response. We are glad you like your new spacious refrigerator. This is a beautiful model! If the refrigerator was recently installed or pulled out, there could be a kink in the water supply line. Check to make sure the water supply is not bent or kinked. A restriction in the water supply line could cause the ice cubes to be too small or hollow. This issue can be resolved by service. GE Consumer Service can be reached by calling 1-800-432-2737. There are times though that the door open sensor goes nuts. All doors are shut but it sometimes still makes a sound until you reopen and close the doors again. It has happened 4 times so far. Will continue to monitor if it happens again.

Hope the ice maker lasts longer than the Samsung one!

And on back order. So not waiting 3 months for the fridge. Going to give a whirpool a try. Very disappointed. LG let me down. And now GE. Looks great tho. Only if it was working.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My ice maker is broken, it won't make ice and main part of the refrigerator will not hold temperature. I have it set to 34° and the thermometer in the fridge is reading between 40° to 42°. I've tried the troubleshooting options that GE offers and it has done nothing to help the situation. I've only had this fridge a little over a year and it's just out of warranty so what a coincidence that it breaks shortly after that and now they want to charge me a service fee to come out and fix a cooling issue. The soonest service date that I've been offered was 4 1/2 days from calling and don't forget the 24 hours we've already spent with all their troubleshooting ideas. I now have to send my husband out to go get bags of ice so we can move our dairy and other perishable items to coolers to try and keep them at a safe temperature for consumption for my two very young children. Safe yourself some aggravation and buy a fridge from another company with a better warranty time frame and better service turn around time.

After reviewing several reviews we landed on GE Profile and couldn’t be happier. Middle drawer cools drinks to where they have a bit of ice on first sips of drinks in drawer!
