    This refrigerator broke within 4 months I of purchase. A major component went out. Freezer and icemaker went out. Its taking 1 month to fix thru GE warranty. I have no freezer for 1 month till they fix. I requested a new replacement only because it’s so expensive and a major component broke so soon and too long to fix. I don’t want a 4 month old refrigerator repaired. Obviously defected unit. GE refused. I’ll never buy GE products again! Best Buy was no help either. Buy Samsung.

    Love the fridge, although it is a bit of a weird non traditional footprint. Hard to get at some things, seemed like a good idea in the showroom. BUT, they wrap the fridge in plastic and we can not get it all off and it looks HORRIBLE! It's in the edges and creases, and stuck to the doors. Even tried a hair dryer, even Goo Gone. Nope! For this reason I give it 2 stars.

If you're having trouble getting the plastic wrap off of your refrigerator, we recommend using rubber tipped tweezers to remove the plastic and not scratch your unit.     Wifi Refrigerator...I Love it. Notifies me if the door is open or the ice maker is empty. Let me know when the ice bucket is full... Overall this fridge communicates with you via your cellphone!

    Open box item. Missing screw. Guys found one in truck. Five minutes after they left, the handle fell apart. Scheduled to have them come back. The guys showed up to put a treadmill together. Found extra pieces in yard. Second team says it’s nothing.

    I would give it a 5 star. The only thing that I was not satisfied with, is how the right side door kept getting pulled easily.

    Looks well built finishing is also very good nothing flimsy even though it’s made in China. Got the extended geek squad warranty also. Only time will tell so far so good it’s been a mot only.

    I was excited since all of my appliances are GE Profile, however, this is by far the worst purchase I have ever made, it doesn’t even deserve 1 start. 2 months having it and it’s not working, the freezer doesn’t work, I called GE guarantee and it’s just a joke, I’ve been trying to get it fixed for over 3 months…all I get is an appointment that keeps moving over the time and multiple visits from the technician without a solution. I’m sure a cheaper fridge would have been better, I’m regretting buying it.

    I have gone 2 weeks without a fridge now. The first fridge delivered DID NOT COOL DOWN AT ALL. Waited 3 days got the second one delivered that one had a HUGE dent right on the front. Third one got delivered and installed and the insulation for the ice maker door was all messed up. Fourth one had the most problems. It took over 15 phone calls and messaging someone on bestbuys facebook to get things sorted out. DO NOT BUY THIS FRIDGE!

    25 year since we had a new fridge because it never gave us any trouble. Till the water lever broke. Wif was very happy with our pick.

    I loved this fridge! Notice the past tense verb there! The refrigerator is great as far as design, features, accessibility and function but after just 3 months, it has started to rattle, vibrate and make all sorts of odd continuous sounds. I researched online and it sounds like it might be the condenser fan but come on GE! 3 months is all I get before having to deal with problems, warranty repairs and the hassle of all of this??!! You can do better than that! You are only as strong as your weakest point so giving this a one star which is too bad for an otherwise a great refrigerator.
