Installers were very efficient and did an excellent job!

Posted .We understand unexpected noise may be concerning, especially as you’ve had multiple units and have also had trouble with damage. If you need to reach out to Best Buy about this situation, their customer service can be reached 1 (888) 237-8289. We do expect that newer refrigerators may sound a bit different than older models, because of newer technology and additional features. More information about what sounds the refrigerator may make is available on page 38 of the manual, which can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page. If there’s an issue with the functioning, please send us a private message over our GE Appliances social media (such as Facebook or Instagram) with a copy of this review and your contact information. After weeks of calling GE, we were able to get the fridge replaced (required 13+ replacement parts) so we bought one at Best Buy and had the same issue.

Noisy compressor.

Posted .We would like to give you some information regarding the sound level of your refrigerator. Newer refrigerators sound different from older refrigerators. Modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology. For a list of normal sounds, you can visit the article titled "Refrigerator - Normal Sounds and Noises Made" on the GE Appliances website.

Now being told that gift card is only good to apply to the purchase of a new item. I do not need a new item. I need for Best Buy to apply the gift card to the balance on my credit card.

Posted .Hello - Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To make sure the drawers and doors are installed properly, we recommend that you review the instructions on pages 24-26 of the Owner's Manual.
If your fridge is leaking, be sure to check all water line connections for leaks. Check the connection
to the household water supply at back of refrigerator, and door water line connect. If this doesn't prove helpful, please take a look at "GE Appliances Refrigerator Limited Warranty" section on pg. 42 of the Owner's Manual for the next steps.
