    It was actually my favorite refrigerator but we had too many minor problems and had multiple returns.

    Nice Fridge

    Overall this is a great fridge. I marked it down 1 star because the bottle filler is 1/8th inch too small so it is difficult to fit my Hydroflask

    After having this refrigerator for a month it started to leak water on the right bottom of the fridge.

    purchased at the end of April 2023. In January of 2024, it emitted an odor that made us Sick! Best Buy was no help at all!

    One of the doors won't stay open. We called for repairs and have to wait two weeks.

    Quit working at 16 days the return policy is 15 days so I have a 2000$ paper weight

    Great fridge! Helpful!

    So far, so awesome! We bought this to replace a 4 year old Samsung - that was AWFUL! This, so far, has been a dream! I chose this because my ex husband is mobility challenged -and it has a great function to help him get his milk out without having to reach bigger shelves. He also struggles with holding a cup for ice/water - and this does it automatically. It has a self fill water - when done, Bill actually said to the refrigerator - "Thank you, Mr. Fridge". It's certainly elderly friendly, mobility challenged friendly, and it's convenient that I can be filling up a cup and still doing things around the kitchen. So far - best fridge I've ever purchased! OH - and LOVE the middle drawer that I can set for 33degrees for CHILLED drinks! YAS!!!

    Bad freezer drawer

    Freezer drawer continually falls off the tracks and Best Buy says it’s fine. Really frustrating

      We know an issue with the drawer coming off the tracks must be frustrating, and we want to help. The manual has information on adjusting the drawer and basket starting on page 17; if you’d like to view that manual, you can do so on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number and go to the product page.     Geek squad is full of ill equipped technicians that can’t get the job done! Don’t waste your money on anything Geek Squad related and quite frankly don’t shop at Best Buy.

    Refrigerators have changed a little bit

    It's been awhile since we've had to buy a new refrigerator so we discovered they have changed a lot. We considered which one to buy for about 4 months. We went to 3 different places that sell frigs. But, I love, love, love the one we picked, GE Profile. It really is incredible how much room it has for a frig and it's easy to find things you're looking for. If you're wanting a roomy, easy to use frig, this one is it, in my opinion!

    No complaints in 30 days

    We have owned the refrigerator a month now and all features are working. It is so nice to be able to put food to the back of the fridge without it freezing. The unit is quiet when running and we never hear ice cubes fall when made. As far as functionality the only complaint I have heard my family make is about were the crisper drawer (in upper fridge) grab point is located (under bottom front of drawer) we all grab for top outside of drawer and we will adjust. Lastly, we chose to install our own unit; therefore, we had to remove all the packing material. The blue plastic film used to protect the pieces from scratches...takes considerable time to remove and requires a sharp razor blade.

    Ge Profile Refrigerator

    The refrigerator is great so far. The issue we had is that delivery had to be rescheduled a 2 times because the truck was too big for the drive way. After the 1st attempt we suggested a smaller truck, but the 2nd time they used the same one. 3rd time was great, but we were without a refrigerator for a month.
