Replaced an LG 4 door with this model of GE. Love the sensor water dispenser. Ice dispenses a little wild and misses the glass occasionally. Open door alarm goes off once in awhile even though the doors are closed. Opening and closing the left door solves the issue. Keeps food cold and fresh. The wall of lights gives great view of the interior. Would recommend this model.

I loved all the features. The water dispenser you can just leave a glass or a picture up there and it automatically refills. The light in the back of the refrigerator. The way to open up the outside of the fridge raider to get what you want The Middle drawer to keep my cheeses, etc. The only thing that we didn’t like was the Refrigerated door on the right had a wave to it which you could feel and looked like it was dented. It’s hard to describe. Refrigerator door panel was told could not be replaced. I would have to replaced the whole refrigerator. We were hesitant in returning it but I know looking at that door bothered us a lot.

Great features and large capacity. We like the auto fill water dispenser and cold temp control of drawer above the freezer. The door in a door is most convenient especially with swing out shelf.

Love the size, the organization of the shelves. The convertible drawer is great for storing sodas, yogurt, snacks . The freezer drawer is big and holds a lot . I love everything about it.

We just replaced our old GE fridge with this new GE Profile one and have had it for about a week. We absolutely love it. Some of the features it has that we love is that water will continue to dispense with the other door open, the automatic fill that uses sensors to dispense the right amount of water, soft close drawers in the fruit/veggie drawers, the brightness of how the inside is lit! We also love the door in door feature that allows you to only open the tiered shelves on the right side door accessing items you use more often. We are quite happy with this fridge so far.

This is a such a great refrigerator! I replaced my 19-year old GE Profile side-by-side and this feels like a huge upgrade. I bought it after a careful review and this fits my family’s needs very well. We like the backlit wall, the ultra spacious fridge part. We find it so convenient to have our cheese, eggs, etc. in the snack drawer. I like the door-in-door feature and the skinny shelves on the left are perfect for condiment bottles. Everything stored inside is so easy to see! Soon after getting this, we had a party and a full sheet cake fit along with the box the cake came in!! My only minor complaint is the top drawer on the freezer - I have yet to figure out it’s mechanism as it tends to get locked or stuck and not able to move in the rail in order to push out. It’s not a problem for us since we moved our old refrigerator to the garage and have ample freezer space. Yes, it’s a little expensive but we have always had good experiences with GE appliances and keep them for a long time. We did not seriously consider any other manufacturer.

I love the light panel in the back. I can find items so much easier. The ice storage container makes it easy to retrieve large quantities of ice. The small door on the right top door keeps refrigerator cold as I remove frequently used items. The pull out drawer stores anything you want. The freezer has ample space for large quantities of items, and I love the shelf on the inside front to hold smaller items. I love my new GE refrigerator!

I love this fridge. It looks great, especially with the back light (which is adjustable) and the middle drawer. I took a star off because of the ice maker. Little ice chips go everywhere when you use it, even when the glass is at the top of the dispenser. Does not matter if it’s on cubed or crushed. It’s pretty annoying. Install team was also great.

This was to replace a GEProfile from 2009, similar design except for the middle drawer which we are using for beverages and it works great. It is tight in the space from our previous refrigerator due to the half door to access frequently used items. The lighting in the refrigerator is great and it is quiet. The finger print resistant stainless is just that! Only downside is that the ice cubes are small and you have to open both doors most times to get to something. Overall very pleased.

We love our new refrigerator! Soo much space. The back lighting is so. Ice to see everything. My 6 and 4 year olds both can reach in to get what they want in the doors and drawers but there’s still space above their reach for stuff they don’t need to be able to get into and make a mess.

So far we love it! Keeps food cold, fruit and vegetables fresh. It's wifi enabled, has the middle drawer and the divided door so we're not always opening the full fridge to get something quick. The freezer has ample space. Fills water bottles on auto.

This refrigerator is amazing! The one i got was an open box and had some damage on the door (which we covered with a magnet). It is brand new and has already over performed. You can set different temps for the fridge main area, the middle drawer and of course the freezer. A surprise feature was thw auto water fill. It will scan your cup and fill to a perfect level. Only a few times it has been off but i think it was because the cup was more clear. I don't know if that really matters, just my guess. Overall we are more than pleased with the quality and performance. I would fully recommend!

The Refrigerator: Bought this 9/2/2024 it was installed 9/7/2024 (Bestbuy will do it for you if you are a part of the ("My Best Buy Total @$179.99 per year. Almost all things you buy get a free install with this membership including even hanging tv's)) This fridge has been solid so far, we have abused it since I have (2) little ladies who like to put our appliances through a solid build and durability test as they grow and mature. The inside back light is a real solid feature making it easy to see inside. The doors have held up thus far as well as the drawers which have also been asked to support the weight of a 5y and 4y old human since they love to climb on them even after repeated instruction not too. It is quiet and has all the things needed/required of a typical refrigeration unit. When comparing it against the "higher tiered" offerings I felt like this unit held up better and just felt much more solid than the other more "expensive" fridges. 5 stars from me since I have had 0 issues and 0 complaints with how this fridge has served me.

I had a LG for 12 years and it died and naturally I wanted to buy another LG but I was very disappointed with the LG refrigerators available at the capacity and size that I was looking for. When I saw this GE Profile fridge I was blown away by the look especially the led wall, build quality and capacity. We have owned the fridge for about 2 weeks now and we are very happy with it. Hoping to have it for another 12 years.

This refrigerator has plenty of space and I especially like the middle drawer. The wall of light is also very nice and allows everything in the refrigerator to be see easily. And the Best Buy delivery team was top notch in getting the refrigerator delivered, set up and going over the functions with us!

So far love this fridge. We have replaced several of different brands prior to this so we have hopes that this one will last. The finish is nice without fingerprints and smudges. Roomy and easy to organize. Especially like that the whole back of refrigerator compartment is back lit. Also the level sensing water dispenser is awesome. Ice cubes are fairly small as is their receptacle but is acceptable because it allows for more interior room in the fridge.

Great refrigerator. This unit was a Best Buy warranty replacement for 4 year old top of the line Kitchen Aide unit that failed after only 4 years. Could not be happier with the design and features of this refrigerator. And despite some other reviews complaining about noise, that has not been and issue at all. This GE refrigerator is still working great after almost 1 year. Buy when on sale. Best Buy installation was great, too.

Awesome fridge. So much room - so glad we upgraded in size. We took our old fridge and put it in the basement as a backup but have yet to even use it yet. The LED backlight is a fantastic feature. It's so open and allows for finding fresh produce easy. The slide out drawer is great, and it still has ample freezer space. The lock feature on the water dispenser is clutch, as it stops my son from pressing the button and having water or ice spill out all over the floor.

It’s not inexpensive, but so far so good. We like the door in door access, and the water fill sensor is used more than I could ever imagine. The backlighting also makes it easy to see everything. I’m not sure we use the drawer as intended, but it makes for a big meat and cheese compartment.

I recently purchased a LG instaview refrigerator that stopped working about 3 weeks after it was installed. The refrigerator section would not get cold. After 2 month of multiple repair sessions LG finally approved to take it back. I then purchased this GE Profile. It works great and even though it is 2 cubic feet smaller the design actually allows me to store more in the fridge and the same in the freezer. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the door-in-door design is not as functional as the LG design. When you open the outer door it exposes more of the air in the fridge compartment and the center shelf's height is not adjustable. The doors however do open wider than the LG making access to the fruit and vegetable droos easier and the back wall of lighting gives better viewing than the LG..
