We love it so far! (It's been two weeks). The "wall of light" is fantastic --we can easily see everything in the refrigerator, and it's so pleasing to look at! The shelves and veggie/fruit bins are spacious, the "door in door" makes it easy to store and access pitchers of water and milk without opening both doors, and the middle drawer is great. The autofill water is convenient. One of the only things we've noticed so far that's not great is that when you dispense ice cubes from the door, the delivery is a bit messy (some ice shards shower onto the floor). That's not a big problem for us, though. We are very sensitive to machine sounds, and are pleased that this refrigerator seems to be relatively quiet when at rest (there are sounds when the ice or water is re-charging, but that's infrequent). Our old refrigerator was a GE Profile side-by-side (with a beverage door) that we loved and that lasted more than 15 years. This new french door refrigerator seems even better -- especially with the middle drawer, though it will take some getting used to having the freezer on the bottom, and one thing to know is that the shelves on the refrigerator doors are less deep (and thus do not hold as much) than the ones on the side-by-side. But it does not seem to be a problem, as the rest of the refrigerator has so much space. We are also SUPER PLEASED with Best Buy's customer service and generous return policy -- before we bought this refrigerator, we bought a counter-depth model that turned out to be much too small. We tried it for a couple of days and hated it -- we called the store, and they told us we could exchange it for one we liked better. We did, and it's worked out great -- we wound up very happy with our final purchase, and very glad we bought from Best Buy. The sales staff was helpful at all stages of this purchase.

We were having issues with our LG producing ice that did not have a chemical taste after many months We exchanged for the GE and have ice that has no taste. We like the third drawer and use it to store sodas, lunch meat and cheese. It is really nice to be able to grab a soda or some lunch meat with and not have to open the big portion of the refrigerator and root around to get to them. I really like the water auto fill function on the door. I set a glass under hit the autofill button and I can walk away to get something and not be worried of the cup overflowing. We were replacing a 16 year old side by side that still worked - although the ice dispenser and crusher had stopped about 5 years ago. We hate replacing working items but have been so pleased with the amount of room and features in this fridge. The door in door feature was extraneous in my initial thoughts but we use it everyday! So handy to not have to open the full door. The freezer has a crazy amount of room compared to our old unit and the convertible drawer is handy for our snacks and cheese. We thought we would use the sliding shelf more but we found it easier to just adjust it higher and keep smaller items on that shelf. Super quiet when running- the only noise is when the ice maker is making cubes. Super happy with our purchase so

Excellent appliance, very quite and adds great appeal to the kitchen. In addition to being very spacious enough to hold large but needed items in the door. Love the lighting the fingerprint touch-free stainless steel effect.

We love this refrigerator!!!! Our LG quit working (compressor went out) after back-to-back power outages. We researched and thought we had our minds made up then went to Best Buy and happened to see this one. It was delivered a week ago and we could not be happier. So much room!! The shelving layout and door-in-door access for frequently used items is great. The drawer above the freezer is perfect for cheeses, lunch meat, beverages, wine, etc. and the lighting is amazing. When you open the door it's dim and then gradually gets brighter. The entire interior back lights up so you can easily see everything. The freezer has a sliding panel to keep things separate and organized. It also makes plenty of ice which was a real problem with the LG. The installer spoke very highly of the GE brand and mentioned that most of the refrigerators that they take away are Samsung or LG. We're sticking with American made products from now on.

Exactly what I was looking for in a refrigerator. Plenty of room for leftovers and large dishes when entertaining or for holidays. The door within a door is very convenient for reaching often used items without completely opening the refrigerator. The freezer on the bottom is spacious and easily accessed. The middle compartment is very useful for storing often used items such as cheeses and snack items.

Very nice fridge and quiet compared to our last one. Like the middle drawer as we use it for our beverages and keep it nice and cold. Fridge is well lit and lots of space inside.

Out the box refrigerator. So far, this refrigerator is everything it promised. Its consistently cool, roomy inside, light is bright and ding ding, dings when you leave the doors open.

Great fridge overall. Love the middle section with its separate temp control. The back wall lights is awesome, I can see everything inside very clearly. Noise is not an issue, just a low hum when it’s on. Very adequate space inside. The build quality is great too.

Highly recommended… The best part is the climate zone in the fridge that keep produce fresh more than a month with the same freshness. Can’t imagine this experience. Love it. And like the chiller section for snacks - good option for kids specially during summer. Filter water/ ice cube control is excellent … Overall, good capacity for an average home size. I would recommend this for any new home buyers and new purchasers

We love th middle drawer and drawer freezer. Tons of room. Great service except some plastic wrap is embedded in its structure and difficult to remove. The service men removed most of it. Love it!

Have had it for about a month. Really lime the extra capacity, layout, the bottom freezer and the smaller ice cubes. Very hapoy with the purchase.

I like it because of the different features as far as the auto fill with the water. lights in the back of the fridge. Lots of room .
