We love it so far! (It's been two weeks). The "wall of light" is fantastic --we can easily see everything in the refrigerator, and it's so pleasing to look at! The shelves and veggie/fruit bins are spacious, the "door in door" makes it easy to store and access pitchers of water and milk without opening both doors, and the middle drawer is great. The autofill water is convenient. One of the only things we've noticed so far that's not great is that when you dispense ice cubes from the door, the delivery is a bit messy (some ice shards shower onto the floor). That's not a big problem for us, though. We are very sensitive to machine sounds, and are pleased that this refrigerator seems to be relatively quiet when at rest (there are sounds when the ice or water is re-charging, but that's infrequent). Our old refrigerator was a GE Profile side-by-side (with a beverage door) that we loved and that lasted more than 15 years. This new french door refrigerator seems even better -- especially with the middle drawer, though it will take some getting used to having the freezer on the bottom, and one thing to know is that the shelves on the refrigerator doors are less deep (and thus do not hold as much) than the ones on the side-by-side. But it does not seem to be a problem, as the rest of the refrigerator has so much space. We are also SUPER PLEASED with Best Buy's customer service and generous return policy -- before we bought this refrigerator, we bought a counter-depth model that turned out to be much too small. We tried it for a couple of days and hated it -- we called the store, and they told us we could exchange it for one we liked better. We did, and it's worked out great -- we wound up very happy with our final purchase, and very glad we bought from Best Buy. The sales staff was helpful at all stages of this purchase.

We were replacing a 16 year old side by side that still worked - although the ice dispenser and crusher had stopped about 5 years ago. We hate replacing working items but have been so pleased with the amount of room and features in this fridge. The door in door feature was extraneous in my initial thoughts but we use it everyday! So handy to not have to open the full door. The freezer has a crazy amount of room compared to our old unit and the convertible drawer is handy for our snacks and cheese. We thought we would use the sliding shelf more but we found it easier to just adjust it higher and keep smaller items on that shelf. Super quiet when running- the only noise is when the ice maker is making cubes. Super happy with our purchase so

What an outstanding refrigerator. It has been over a year and I don't know how I lived without it for so long. Pros: Great lighting - Open the French Door and the interior illuminates so you can easily find things. Soft Close Drawers - Love these. Shelves and bins have plenty of room. The door-in-door option is great for quick grab-and-go items. The deli drawer keeps all the most commonly used items in one easy place Freezer storage and drawers are great. Lots of room Ice maker and water dispenser - Automatically lights up at night when you walk up to it. The fingerprints are still visible and not sure there is anything that can be done but it is much better than the last fridge we had. Easy to clean. Easy to move shelves around. CONS: The filter door doesn't want to stay closed. It constantly pops out The ice bin doesn't hold much ice, to be sure to get a bag of ice if you are having guests on a hot summer day. Nothing that would take away from a 5-star rating. Overall: Impressive and highly recommend.

Excellent appliance, very quite and adds great appeal to the kitchen. In addition to being very spacious enough to hold large but needed items in the door. Love the lighting the fingerprint touch-free stainless steel effect.

The ice cubes are smaller but nice and the container hold a fair amount of ice cubes. Like the water sensor to fill large tumbler. Wasn't sure if I would like the easy access door and found out I do like it. The refrigerator was the same size as my last refrigerator but do to the wider door for easy access I had the trim on one side of my cabinet tried a 1/4" and it now fits like I wanted it to. Very pleased with my new refrigerator.

Spacious. Quiet. I love the lighting inside. Snack drawer can be converted to a freezer, but we love it for deli items and snacks. Freezer has an additional drawer to separate items which makes access easier. Fridge Door has a swing out shelf for easy access to condiments without having to open the whole fridge to get to it. Good design.

We love this refrigerator!!!! Our LG quit working (compressor went out) after back-to-back power outages. We researched and thought we had our minds made up then went to Best Buy and happened to see this one. It was delivered a week ago and we could not be happier. So much room!! The shelving layout and door-in-door access for frequently used items is great. The drawer above the freezer is perfect for cheeses, lunch meat, beverages, wine, etc. and the lighting is amazing. When you open the door it's dim and then gradually gets brighter. The entire interior back lights up so you can easily see everything. The freezer has a sliding panel to keep things separate and organized. It also makes plenty of ice which was a real problem with the LG. The installer spoke very highly of the GE brand and mentioned that most of the refrigerators that they take away are Samsung or LG. We're sticking with American made products from now on.

This fridge is awesome, the temperatures inside are very stable no warm or super cold spots. The ice maker is quiet you don’t even get the counter drop! And the cold clean water dispenser give you fresh cold clean water. And the convenient little outer door for soda and condiments is really cool. This fridge is also energy compliant and my bill dropped by $30 a month. Thank you Best Buy…

Exactly what I was looking for in a refrigerator. Plenty of room for leftovers and large dishes when entertaining or for holidays. The door within a door is very convenient for reaching often used items without completely opening the refrigerator. The freezer on the bottom is spacious and easily accessed. The middle compartment is very useful for storing often used items such as cheeses and snack items.

Love our new GE Profile refrigerator! Really pleased with extra space, french doors, silent drawers, special door feature & sliding shelf. Best Buy delivery & installation were flawless!

Looks amazing in our kitchen. Had an issue with the top freezer drawer not freezing things correctly which meant i had to throw some food away. I must have had the door open on accident but the door open alarm didnt sound. Great product just make sure you shut the freezer door nice and firm.

We love th middle drawer and drawer freezer. Tons of room. Great service except some plastic wrap is embedded in its structure and difficult to remove. The service men removed most of it. Love it!

Purchasing this GE refrigerator was a no-brainer. My husband isn’t a wheelchair and having that extra drawer allows him the ability to get his every day items easily. Having the second door release so he can get his drink items easily as well was also a perk to purchasing this particular model. We’ve had it about a month and we couldn’t be happier.

Omg, this is the BEST refrigerator. The full back lighting is so beautiful, just like the entire refrigerator is beautiful. Love the Autofill and everything about this refrigerator. I 100% recommend this one. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I’ve purchased many refrigerators before but this one is by far the best one. I love the French doors and it’s great to have a separate drawer to keep my beverages. The freezer is very spacious. If you are looking for a new fridge look no further.

Love this refrigerator! Our old one (LG), went out and Best Buy came through like a charm! From the salesperson to the installers, everything went perfect (well except for the small dent and Best Buy replaced the unit in a heart beat). It fits perfectly in our kitchen! We love the feature that when you open the door to get the milk out, you don't open the entire refrigerator.

The French doors allow for a much better view of what you have inside. And the quick access door is our favorite feature. Really like the touch resistant finish is so cool.
