I researched all the descriptions and customer "quips" on several models and solidly decided on this one. It has not disappointed me in any way--in fact it has features that I wasn't even expecting! I had also stressed that it would not fit the opening, but it slid right in with amazing precision and replaced my 27-year old fridge like it was custom-made! The back-lighting shows up the contents so well and lifts my spirits every time I open the door. (So glad I chose this one!)The Geeks who installed it were skillful and courteous, even beyond my expectations, so I have been, and will continue to be, a loyal fan of Best Buy!

The refrigerator works great so far, and I really like the backlighting inside, however, the right refrigerator door sits higher than the other when closed, which doesn’t look good. Disappointing for such an expensive refrigerator.

We are liking this refrigerator very much. It's way bigger than our old one so be sure to measure you slot before buying it. It fits perfectly it just sticks out further than we expected. Our kitchen is very white and has the open concept. The black side sticking out beyond the wall was too dramatic for me so I covered that side of the refrigerator with white contact paper to camouflage the width. It worked perfectly. This is one beautiful stainless fridge and we have the other stainless steel appliances to match, GE stove, microwave and dishwasher. Very stately and beautiful appliances.

We purchased and have used this refrigerator for a couple of weeks now and we’re very pleased with it. We spent a month looking at different makes and models and while we had budgeted to spend a little less on a new one, this unit quickly became the standard to which we compared the others, so we decided to pull the trigger and purchase it. Absolutely no buyers remorse here, this fridge is awesome! We love everything from the backlighting, to the storage space and the middle pull out drawer is fantastic! We had delivery and installation done by Best Buy and it was excellent! The only thing I would say that has underwhelmed me thus far is the water dispenser/ice maker. I love the autofill for the water, but the dispensing rate is somewhat slow. Also, the ice cube size is smaller than our previous refrigerator, and the dispenser tends to chop them some, even when its not on crushed ice mode. Having said that, I would consider these items more of a knit pick than a major concern. At the end of the day, there is so much to love about this GE Profile Refrigerator, that it leads me to highly recommend it if you’re in the market for a new refrigerator.

Functional and absolutely gorgeous inside and out. It feels like a nice purchase- high end! Ive had a month. With plastic edges in the seams from the protective coating- we did a quick brush-over with a lighter and they are no more. My only preference is that the ice maker worked more easily and faster- its not very smooth

Out the box refrigerator. So far, this refrigerator is everything it promised. Its consistently cool, roomy inside, light is bright and ding ding, dings when you leave the doors open.

I absolutely love this fridge and have for 1 yr! No regrets!

Great refrigerator, Worked out for what he wanted!

I have had the refrigerator for 14 days. So far I am pleased after a hiccup on day 8. Freezer had frost between freezer drawer and lower freezer area and I could feel cold through door seal. Best Buy suggested returning appliance as it was within their 15 day return policy. Instead I contacted GE repair (and glad I did!!!). GE technician came in within 2 days. He knew immediately that the problem was that the freezer drawer was NOT attached properly. He removed drawer and attached it correctly. This took less than 10 minutes. As per the overall features: So far I am at least 80% pleased with design. Very happy with adjustable glass shelves. Having prior GE refrigerator, side by side (17 years), this was a feature that I looked for. However, door in door immediately disappointed me. An opened corked wine bottle would not fit and that shelf was NOT ADJUSTABLE. A Geek squad man jokingly said, "That would not be a problem for me as I would finish the wine right away." Not funny! Also: the items in the door in door are not as cold as I enjoy liquids, the ice cubes are small and ice bin maximum is certainly not for entertaining. Takeaway, you get more refrigerator space. I love the french door wide shelves, lighting is pretty, auto water fill is a treat, easy to wipe off smudges, and appliance is beautiful.

This fridge has been awesome for the few weeks that we have had it. It cools well, is quiet, and very bright inside. We originally had another brand and the water dispenser broke. We opted for this smaller fridge and moved the broken one to the basement for additional storage. For a family of 6, who eats pretty healthy, things can get tight. The door in door feature is nicer than I've seen in others and much easier for my kids access. Also, NO FINGERPRINTS! I mean, there are a few, but way less that what we used to have. One complaint I do have is the weight of this fridge. It is a beast! The movers said so when they moved it in and I often have to go behind my kids to close it because the doors are heavy and a gentle push won't close them. A second inconvenience is the autofill function. It almost never fills our cups. Half full at most...or half empty. :-)Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

1 month review is this fridge is amazing. It checked all the boxes for us and is a solid fridge. Linked to the app we can monitor and change temps in all three compartments. Runs quite and love the lighting inside and out. Our last fridge did not light the water dispenser and this one does with style. The inside has plenty of space for all our and our kids needs. Would recommend to anyone that is looking at this fridge.
