I love my new refrigerator so far! I haven’t had it long enough to give it a 5. The middle drawer is great for snacks and cheeses. I did have eggs in it at first. It’s was set at the 37 degree setting, the back eggs froze. Since it is so big and roomy I relocated them to the main part of the fridge. I did buy two lazy Susan’s to put dressings, jams and small jars on. Makes it much easier then moving things around to get to items in the back! I went from a side by side to the bottom freezer. It took a little reconfiguring…so far I love it! I had an LG that quit in less then 6 months. I replaced it with a Samsung that lasted less then 7 years with a lot of repair issues! Great refrigerator! We bought this refrigerator because of the middle drawer - you can set the temp different from the upper compartment - very cold drinks. Noisy ice maker as usual. Looks nice and easy to clean.

We absolutely LOVE our new GE Profile refrigerator! We replaced a Samsung French Door Refrigerator and this is BY FAR a better appliance! Super cool looking on the inside and out! I love the additional door function to get much used items out without opening the entire door.

The refrigerator and freezer is very spacious and it fits perfectly.

We really like the refrigerator. Minimal tech features on the front, great lighting inside, easy access doorwhere the shelves pivot out, and the adjustable middle drawer...wonderful. Only problem we had was with the ice cube maker and we've had the repairman out twice and found out it was something else. Other than that, we're happy with our purchase.

The Profile is the one that held my attention. There's so many to choose from, so it's the door in door for me. In the end, I hope it's worth the cost and has no issues. Sorry I can't rate it 5 stars (I just bought it).

Excellent refrigerator. Spacious and wide refrigerator as well as wide bottom freezer. Now at parties I have room to refrigerate as I prepare ingredients before the parties. Esthetically attractive and nice ice and water dispensers. Also General Electric, an American made brand to support our own economy, products and fabricators !!

Excellent refrigerator, very spacious and modern.

We had a fairly new LG, which had more issues than a basket of cases. We originally were going to get the GE Cafe series, but BB ran a sale on the Profile series that was too good to pass up. So far we love everything about this fridge. Good stain resistance, tons of storage.....it's great!

Good features and looks and features. Great lighting in the interior. Love drawer feature with adjustable temperature. Could improve on the touch sensitivity of the user interface. Left door racks too narrow.

Very well thought out design. Easy access door is something I didn't think I needed, but really like. The middle drawer is brilliant. More space for those smaller more popular items...yogurts, individual pouch items, oranges, etc.

We upgraded to this fridge from an older side by side GE Profile. This refrigerator is amazing! The water and ice dispenser illuminates as you get close to it and the autofill works like a charm. The interior is spacious and well-lit thanks to the LED wall light which is outstanding. Finally, the door in door was a feature that we didn't know we needed until we purchased this refrigerator.

After having a lot of trouble with new refrigerator purchases the past 6 months I think we finally found one that's good the GE profile. I would have given it a five-star rating but the drawer in the freezer was bent and they had to bring out a replacement drawer which took a couple weeks. The auto sensing water dispenser is amazing. Really like the separate climate controlled Deli drawer. And the door in the door makes it really easy to get to milk without having to open the entire door up.

Purchased this last month. So far we love it! The back lighting is great. Ice maker is small, but efficient and very quiet. Working parts are mostly metal, so unlikely to break easily. (Our previous icemaker had a plastic corkscrew mechanism that cracked regularly). Good space in all compartments. The door-in-door took some getting used to, but now it's very convenient to get items most used without opening entire door and letting all the cold air out. Initial installation wasn't done properly, so GE sent their guy who installed the middle drawer properly and straightened the doors to be even with each other. We would recommend this to a friend.

Very quite. Really like the pull-out refrigerator door. The backlight in the refrigerator is very convenient and easy to see all of the items.

We really enjoy the drawers. Never thought we'd like the freezer on the bottom but it's really very nice to have that at the bottom and the food at hip/eye level. Had the grandkid try to reach in and get food, milk, snacks from the drawer, and the fridge and its simple and easy for kids to grandparents. The lighting inside is tremendous. We love it. We would like to know how to turn off the light on the front by the water dispenser, but it is nice to have a little light in the night when we walk into the kitchen. Fridge keeps food cold and the freezer is perfect for two people or a family of six.

Beautiful but ice and water are lacking. Water tastes TERRIBLE, ice cubes are extra small and melt fast. Also the ice flies everywhere. Love the look of it, love the space, live the light wall, autofill is nice too. Overall we like it. Just disappointed the water/ice aspect of it.

We live our refrigerator. It is larger than our previous side by side. Even the freezer, which is on the bottom, seems more spacious. I live the separate little front door thst allows you to just open tgst to grab your milk or juice. Also, the large separate drawer is great for keeping your drinks cold.
