Love the refrigerator but bought it online and out of the box but in excellent condition, per the web site. I didn't see it until it was being loaded. I'd say it was in fair condition. Also missing 3 door handle screws and 4 set screws for the handles.

We absolutely LOVE our new GE Profile refrigerator! We replaced a Samsung French Door Refrigerator and this is BY FAR a better appliance! Super cool looking on the inside and out! I love the additional door function to get much used items out without opening the entire door.

I love my new GE frig. Did not think I would like the drawer but it is wonderful for organizing smaller containers. I love the little door where I can get my milk out without opening the larger area.

Excellent refrigerator. Spacious and wide refrigerator as well as wide bottom freezer. Now at parties I have room to refrigerate as I prepare ingredients before the parties. Esthetically attractive and nice ice and water dispensers. Also General Electric, an American made brand to support our own economy, products and fabricators !!

After having a lot of trouble with new refrigerator purchases the past 6 months I think we finally found one that's good the GE profile. I would have given it a five-star rating but the drawer in the freezer was bent and they had to bring out a replacement drawer which took a couple weeks. The auto sensing water dispenser is amazing. Really like the separate climate controlled Deli drawer. And the door in the door makes it really easy to get to milk without having to open the entire door up.

Very quite. Really like the pull-out refrigerator door. The backlight in the refrigerator is very convenient and easy to see all of the items.

We really enjoy the drawers. Never thought we'd like the freezer on the bottom but it's really very nice to have that at the bottom and the food at hip/eye level. Had the grandkid try to reach in and get food, milk, snacks from the drawer, and the fridge and its simple and easy for kids to grandparents. The lighting inside is tremendous. We love it. We would like to know how to turn off the light on the front by the water dispenser, but it is nice to have a little light in the night when we walk into the kitchen. Fridge keeps food cold and the freezer is perfect for two people or a family of six.

The dual side door is a great feature. We can get at the milk and other everyday items quickly without opening the whole fridge. The middle door is great for meat/cheese and misc drinks. The bottom freezer has 4 different compartments to keep things organized. So far this is a great purchase.

Id love to give a review on this refridgerator but unfortunately, it hasnt been delivered. On my delivery day, they call me and say it wont be delivered and will be 12 days before i can get it delivered. This makes me out of a fridge for a month. I got two different associates tell me totally different reasons. Sorry i chose Best Buy, still unknown on my refridgerator choice.

Beautiful but ice and water are lacking. Water tastes TERRIBLE, ice cubes are extra small and melt fast. Also the ice flies everywhere. Love the look of it, love the space, live the light wall, autofill is nice too. Overall we like it. Just disappointed the water/ice aspect of it.

We purchased this same refrigerator from Home Depot and upon delivery/install the refrigerator never got cold which was a frustration after a week of living out of an ice chest. Fortunately, BestBuy had the same product and was able to get it delivered to us faster than Home Depot (two days versus two weeks) would replace the malfunctioning appliance. BestBuy price matched and actually it came out less than what we paid for it at Home Depot so win-win. Has worked perfectly and the features and spacing are certainly an upgrade from the last refrigerator.

Refrigerator works well. Cosmetic damage when delivered. took a bit, two trips, several calls to get it taken care of. Some things out of their control. But, it is finally done.

After a couple of months I am extremely pleased with this refrigerator! The door containers are well constructed and I love having the two way door for quick access to milk! The extra storage drawer is great too. Space to keep lots of things that typically get lost in a regular French door model.

Have been using this refrigerator for about a month. So far so good. The top area has plenty of space and is neat. The honeycomb design is really nice. I like the middle drawer for lunch meat, etc. It makes it really convenient compared to my previous fridge. The freezer is large and works really well too. I like the water sensor on the door as well. The fan is fairly quiet and smartly placed on the side of the unit. Overall, we've enjoyed it.

We live our refrigerator. It is larger than our previous side by side. Even the freezer, which is on the bottom, seems more spacious. I live the separate little front door thst allows you to just open tgst to grab your milk or juice. Also, the large separate drawer is great for keeping your drinks cold.

Love the layout of this refrigerator. The middle drawer is absolutely perfect for deli meat and cheeses. And the door in door makes it so convenient to retrieve frequently used items.

Pros: It does what it's supposed to do--with style. I feel like I need to upgrade the rest of my kitchen. Spacious and well-illuminated. Cons: Not as smudge-resistant as it claims and the plastic is such a pain to remove from the refrigerator. Still trying to get pieces off.

So far so good. Running like a champ water a nice work great. Better than the Samsung that didn’t even last five minutes in my kitchen.

Purchased this last month. So far we love it! The back lighting is great. Ice maker is small, but efficient and very quiet. Working parts are mostly metal, so unlikely to break easily. (Our previous icemaker had a plastic corkscrew mechanism that cracked regularly). Good space in all compartments. The door-in-door took some getting used to, but now it's very convenient to get items most used without opening entire door and letting all the cold air out. Initial installation wasn't done properly, so GE sent their guy who installed the middle drawer properly and straightened the doors to be even with each other. We would recommend this to a friend.
