From ordering it at the store to having it installed, a great experience overall. Forever having a side-by-side, a little cautious switching to a french door style. Now that it's here, I can't believe we've waited so long and will not go back as it's a lot more roomier than we thought and accessible.

Love this fridge! The back wall lighting is fantastic as there’s nothing hidden in the back of the refrigerator. The door in door feature is super convenient for grabbing those frequently used items such as milk, ketchup, butter, etc. The flexibility of temperature on the drawer feature is something we haven’t used very much yet, but we love the convenience factor of the drawer. Overall, we are very happy with this refrigerator!

The backlighting in the refrigerator makes it so bright. I was surprised by the difference that makes. I love the middle drawer. I thought I would lose total space, but this is one of the larger refrigerators we had found and has plenty of room. The door had a small dent when it was delivered, but the Best Buy team resolved the issue immediately by offering to replace the door free of charge or provide the equivalent credit to the purchase.

Great fridge! I love the water auto fill feature. The only downside is that I am 5'1", and I need a stool to grab anything from the back of the fridge. Haha! I'm not complaining because it is very spacious. The ice machine is well designed; it doesn't take much space, so there is plenty of room in the doors. Ut makes it really easy to organize food in the fridge.

So far no issues, though the pull out drawer doesn’t seem as sturdy as our previous LG refrigerator. A little less storage than the LG also.

This is the best fridge we ever had. We switched from LG to GE Profile and this fridge seemed to keep our fruits and veggies last a little longer. Not to mentioned how spacious, energy saving. The fingerprint resistant made is icing on the cake!

Couldn’t get a fridge without a dent in it Best Buy delivered 3 of them. Plus repaired one and even the repaired part sent had a dent. Ultimately gave up and keep the last one delivered. I don’t fault Best Buy as I watched them open the boxes off the delivery truck. This is a GE issue. Like the fridge otherwise. Time will tell if it’s lasts.

I live the look, but the egg try is a little inconsistent to access. Lid could have been left off or made it a swing arm like one of the other shelves. Lots of inside space. It says fingerprint proof, I’ve not found that to be true just yet, but it does wipe right off unlike the one I had before

Nice refrigerator, with good storage capacity. Ice dispenser should better. It shoots ice in all directions.

Overall, happy with our purchase. Just a few things keep it from potential 5 stars. Not a fan of the ice maker. Even after 1 year still missing certain aspects of our old refrigerator (e.g., drawers seemed more usable, never became accustomed to door-in-door). Favorite feature is water auto-fill.

Awesome refrigerator from all aspects. So many great features. Very functional with multiple options to make room easily for different size items as needs change. Freezer is great with plenty of room. Love the little ice cubes and water features. Separate middle drawer is fabulous for keeping it all organized. Absolutely no complaints at present. Very quiet.

This fridge is absolutely stunning. It’s layout is so convenient and it make my kitchen look so much more high end. I have had 0 issues with keeping things cold in the door and the ice and water dispenser has been great. I have 0 complaints

I really like my new fridge-- it is so snazzy and ever so pretty. I was a bit apprehensive when I realized it was a bit smaller than what I had before side-by-side 28cu, but it has worked out quite nicely. The distribution is different but definitely do-able. I am very happy with my purchase and love the ease and convenience of everything about it. It is clear thought was put into the design.
