Have had for 3 weeks and the freezer is frosting and icing up and not freezing the contents. This is a replacement for the GE Profile - 27.7 Cu. Ft. French-Door Refrigerator Stainless steel Model:PFE28KYNFS which I had for less than 2 weeks and the compressor went bad and was told replacement part was not available. I would have had to wait over 3 weeks for the same model which is why I chose the 4 door French Door Model PVD28BYNFS which was available for delivery within 2 days. Have to wait 1 week for the service appointment. Seriously considering to completely replace the refrigerator with an LG or Samsung at this point.

Love my new fridge!! The inside is nice and bright and very spacious.

Great refrigerator. The only negatives are: Doesn’t hold enough ice Ice water capacity too small I find the door in door is not useful for our needs.

Love my new fridge which has tons of storage compared to my previous one. Keeps items cold and is very functional. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because it is a warehouse item and has some scratches and dents.

Service crew was terrible. Installed handles upside down, did not install interior shelves including the through the door ones and left with the doors crooked. Great customer service person helped us through that mess. That installation did not effect my rating here. Refrigerator is 4 stars because of the small ice maker storage capacity and the water is just not as cold as we would like (our old GE was much cooler for much more water, Lastly be careful of items in bottom drawer falling behind that drawer when the top drawer closes.

Really like this frig. Small reach in door for frequently used items is nice. Disable husband is able to open the doors easily & it chimes if the doors are not shut properly. My only complaint so far is the refrigerator doors have to be shut in a particular order to be properly closed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! It has lots of room both frig and freezer and love the smudge proof no fingerprints!!! And GE has been around forever so I know it is a great product!!!

Very beautiful refrigerator. We've had it two weeks and we like the easy access door for commonly used items. Also, the refrigerator drawer makes it easy to access lunch meat and cheese. Overall 5 stars.

Love my new GE Profile refrigerator. Lot of room with great features. Love the autofill for the water. The Best Buy delivery service is horrible, canceled on the day they were supposed to show up without even calling. Just sent an email. However, when they finally did show days later, the guys that brought the appliances were great.

I'm bummed about my 3 star review because the fridge is very nice looking. I got this refrigerator from the best buy outlet on Oct 6th, delivery and set up were no problem... the problem is that I've only had it for a few weeks and there's already issues with it. For starters, the control panel was unglued from the side making the controls unresponsive at times. I tried re-gluing it but can't get it quite right. The biggest problem, however, is with the bottom freezer. It started making a (fan?) noise a week ago, I called GE for the one year manufacturer warranty and thankfully someone came to look at it. The issue is when the freezer is closed, the fan kicks in and it is very loud... according to the repair guy who took a look at it, it could be the motor. The whole assembly will be replaced. They have yet to fix it since the parts need to be ordered. The noise is definitely noticeable, especially when the house is quiet throughout the night. Very annoying, definitely not a normal function of this unit, I would have noticed it on the floor model at the store... which was plugged in. I'm glad it's getting repaired under warranty, however, this shouldn't even be happening imo. I got the fridge at a steep discount since it is an open item.... but I feel like at any price point, something that's new shouldn't be having problems so soon. I hope that's not the case with every owner of this fridge. The repair company sent by the warranty team said they would get my two issues (noise & control panel) fixed.... but that is still pending. I'll update my review once they've fixed it.

Absolutely love this fridge/freezer! The back lights in the fridge are so nice and bright you can actually see what you have in there! The freezer is so easy to use and the middle drawer is a bonus! Love the fact that I can reach the filter right in the door ‘

Overall very happy with the fridge. The door in door feature is convenient. Just cant have soda bottles in the swing out part as they fall all over. Only thing I would change is the flex drawer temperature limitiation. Wish I could make it what i want instead of preset temps.

This refrigerator adds class and function to the kitchen. The shelves and bins are well designed. The LED lighting is very distinctive and it's level of brightness can be controlled (by the Smart HQ app only). The fourth drawer is practical and the door-in-door feature is useful.

Great fridge overall. I haven’t noticed the temperature issues some others have noted. I love the auto-fill feature but I will say it doesn’t work most of the time with my tall hydro flask. It works flawlessly with other normal sized glasses and cups, though.

The GE Profile products look great, function fantastic and have been a tremendous upgrade over my 16 year old appliances we replaced. So happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking.

Like the fridg a lot, wish I would have gotten a manual with it. And wish the ice maker was a little faster in dispensing ice. But as a whole I really like it
