I don’t know if the door was left partially open or what happened but some food defrosted. We turned the temperature down a notch and it’s hasn’t happened again.

Loads of space, storage is well thought out, ice maker and water are super, and management of filters, ice, and temps from my phone. Updates to phone when filter needs to be replace. Best fridge I have had in my lifetime.

Door in door is a nice feature as well as the third drawer for everyday uses items. The inside light is nice and bright. Just wish there was a larger ice capacity.

It was delivered without any dings on the outside. The inside plastic shelf was cracked and best buy is sending a new one free of charge. The stainless steel does show fingerprints.

Lighting inside is incredible. No issues. I got mine as an open box.... (Incredible savings) with a very minor scratch under the handle so you don't even see it. Highly recommended this fridge

It gets cold very quickly from start up. We're very happy with it so far. It would get all 5 stars if the water dispenser can be used one- handed a little easier.

Also who came up with this film that they wrap the fridge in , u cannot get all the little pieces off , frustrating!
