The soft-close vegetable and fruit drawers don’t seal properly, rendering the regulator vents on top of each drawer useless. The drawers and doors feel rough when opening and closing, lacking the smooth operation I expected. I previously owned a Kenmore with similar features, and the quality, fit, and finish of that unit were far superior to this GE model. For the price, I expected better craftsmanship and functionality.

This is a beautiful model refrigerator that has an adjustable temperature drawer that allows for you to change the temperatures according to what you are storing inside. The 4 settings to store meats, beverages, snacks or wine and it includes a removeable bin caddy. We especially like the flexibility of the middle drawer for soft drinks, cooling wine, or for "mild" freezing of some foods. It is important to let this refrigerator stabilize its temperature over its first 24 hours. The freezer and fridge cooling temperatures will not be accurate until a day after it is first turned on.

Installation was not included even though I asked. When it arrived, they would not install event though I talked to customer service. They said it would not fit and it did. The delivery staff was very rude.

The water will not dispense and no ice :-( Now I have to wait until Friday 4/9 for service. The problem is that the fridge thinks the door is open (its not). When you try to press the button for water the LED just flashes "Door Alarm". If the alarm is on, it will start ringing and not stop so I turned it off. The installer could not figure it out. This fridge has a top refrigerator, a middle meat/snack drawer, and a bottom freezer. I think the problem is with the top fridge because I put my phone in there and the light does not go out when the doors are closed. Also, sometimes the light does not go on when I open the fridge. It gets 2 stars because at least it cools. I know the probl
