    This experience has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! Received the Fridge with a golf ball sized ding in the door. Per Best Buy unable to get replacement door only. Returned immediately 7 days after receiving, 11/3/20 and have still not been credited and am now getting late notices via phone and e-mail. Have made several calls to Best Buy and Citibank to no avail. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY! So disappointed and frustrated. This has also begun to affect my credit as Best Buy is showing my as late on payments. Why should I pay for an item not in my possession?

    The wait time was short for receiving our new refrigerator, the delivery guys were very courteous, as soon as they unboxed it there was a dent in the top right hand door so I know it had to have happened at the factory. They are supposed to be taking care of this issue but we have not heard from anyone as of yet.

    The delivery and setup was excellent. Problem with coating on freezer door. I talked with Larry and he set up a replacement very quickly. He did an excellent job.
