Best Buy’s delivery...

Not only did one of the workers insist that it would not fit through the doors without even taking the time to do the necessary measurements, but they also did not complete the installation properly. They left out important parts, such as the inside drawers, and did not tighten the handles or connect the waterline. We had to go back-and-forth with them for 20 minutes just to get them to do the measurements. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this delivery service to anyone, not to mention a 12 hour waiting.

Very disappointed

The drawers and doors are rough, they don’t soft close, they have to be forced closed. The ice dispenser kicks out ice from time to time for no reason at all, and the water dispenses super slow. Overall, I believe I over paid for this cheaply made refrigerator.

Delivery and item

Love the LED lighting inside

Best Buy Eagan WORST

Worst ever. Installed our new refrigerator and charged us extra and didnt install it!!! Management never called us. Horrible Grade F

Not good

The dispenser on the ice maker / water is a mess. The main freezer drawer is very hard to pull out and has fallen off the tracks numerous times. This until will be getting returned.

The second one when I did the exchange they canceled my warrantee. I bought a range a microwave and a dishwasher and refrigerator. This whole process was awful, awful, and awful. For as much money as these items cost and were supposed to be new I shouldn’t of had this many problems. Brand new dishwasher needed a new motherboard. Brand new GE refrigerator did not freeze or cool. Sad just.

Freezer and Ice Maker Not Working

The worst part is we lost 10 pints of Nick's ice cream! We moved everything to the freezer and refrigerator in the garage. This morning it is now working so I am now stuck with the dilemma of what to do next since it is still under warranty. I guess I am going to call to get my options.
