    Refrigerator not holding proper temps

    Main compartment has trouble maintaining proper temp. Possibly a temp sensor.. getting a replacement. I believe this to be a minor problem and will update review with replacement..

    The fridge is very nice looking however it is so loud that I can hear it over my TV at the current moment. This negates any positive for the fridge.

      We want to help you with the sound level of your refrigerator. We recommend making sure your unit is properly leveled to an even floor.     Love the refrigerator, but it came with a dent on one side and have noticed a problem with the seal on the left door. Installers were very efficient and did an excellent job!

    Faulty Design - Refrigerator is Terrible

    Wish this refridgetaror worked because it had all the features we wanted but we went through TWO of these and had the same issue... the freezer just stopped working. After weeks of calling GE, we were able to get the fridge replaced (required 13+ replacement parts) so we bought one at Best Buy and had the same issue.

    It sounds horrible. The compressor is very noisy. Almost like a loud dish washer

      We would like to give you some information regarding the sound level of your refrigerator. Newer refrigerators sound different from older refrigerators. Modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology.     High quality lux refrigerator. Does everything. Reliable. Fast cooling, unlimited amount of ice. So glad i chose this over Thermador.

    Gift Card problem

    Purchased as open box, counted all screws in store, all were there, on delivery one screw was missing, 4 phone calls and a week later the service guy did not have the part on his truck, called in and set up another repair call, BUT, accepted a $150 gift card in lieu of repair. Now being told that gift card is only good to apply to the purchase of a new item. I do not need a new item. I need for Best Buy to apply the gift card to the balance on my credit card.

    Very poor quality. Drawers do not glide correctly, French doors not level, goop oozing out of the one side. For a top of the line model, very disappointing.

      Hello - Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To make sure the drawers and doors are installed properly, we recommend that you review the instructions on pages 24-26 of the Owner's Manual.

      If your fridge is leaking, be sure to check all water line connections for leaks. Check the connection
      to the household water supply at back of refrigerator, and door water line connect. If this doesn't prove helpful, please take a look at "GE Appliances Refrigerator Limited Warranty" section on pg. 42 of the Owner's Manual for the next steps.
