Faulty Design - Refrigerator is Terrible

After weeks of calling GE, we were able to get the fridge replaced (required 13+ replacement parts) so we bought one at Best Buy and had the same issue.

Noisy compressor.

Modern refrigerators have more features and use newer technology. Now being told that gift card is only good to apply to the purchase of a new item. I do not need a new item. I need for Best Buy to apply the gift card to the balance on my credit card.

Posted .Hello - Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To make sure the drawers and doors are installed properly, we recommend that you review the instructions on pages 24-26 of the Owner's Manual.
If your fridge is leaking, be sure to check all water line connections for leaks. Check the connection
to the household water supply at back of refrigerator, and door water line connect. If this doesn't prove helpful, please take a look at "GE Appliances Refrigerator Limited Warranty" section on pg. 42 of the Owner's Manual for the next steps.
