    The fridge is ok the auto fill feature doesn't work very well. We've had the product less than a year and already are having issues with the defroster.

    Not happy, very disappointed!! The finish on the doors gets scratched easily. Too many hair line scratches noted 3 weeks after delivery. Poor quality from GE… Wish we didn’t buy this!!!

    Love my new it has a lot of great features like the door with in the door lots of lighting lots of space as well. The autofill water is good as well. Only negativ3 for me is the ice comes out a little smaller than id like but other than great appliance

    I was sent a different refrigerator that had food particles in it and the refrigerator was dirty. The ice machine didn’t work and it had multiple dents on the front.

    Very poor quality. Ice maker stopped working after 3 week. No temperature indicator and the electronic panel stated to act up after 6 weeks.

    New Control Board after 2.5 Years

    The fridge worked fine for about 2.5 years. I recently had to replace the entire control board for about $200 (DYI price) to fix an issue with the defroster not turning on. My 20 year old fridge in the garage is still working without issue but my brand new GE break just after the warranty expires. 1 year is not a long enough warranty!

    Ice maker is too small and too slow to make more. The freezer door would never fully close causing everything in the freezer to ice over.

    Good refrigerator for the first 5 months. Ice maker stopped working and service call revealed the compressor is bad and needs to be replaced. We have been without a refrigerator for over a week and still counting due to part delays.

    Product got delivered dented with a broken shelf. Best Buy delivery team insisted on leaving it at the house and we would have to schedule a separate pick up which took almost 2 weeks. Very poor service. When we have to pay for delivery and set up…

    Absolute garbage. Stay away. Purchased for the water feature but the water runs slow. Called GE for service and they tell me to buy another 100 dollar water filter as theyre designed to slow down after 3 months and shut completely off after 6. They refused to help. The auto fill sensor errors out about every other time i use it. I oaid a premium for features i dont even get, very disappointed.

    This item came with a faulty seal on the freezer. It is going to take two months total to get the part in or about4 mos to replace the freezer. I am not happy.
