    1st one came dented only wanted to take off 300 dollars i said for 3 grand bring me anorher undented 1 which they did following week

    This Fridge is very problematic

    Do not buy this fridge. The best buy techs have no clue on how to repair the fridge. A part in the sealed refrigeration system got bad and every 6 months and the same part has been replaced twice. I had to tech out to GE for repairs despite having the Best Buy protection plan.

    Ice Maker Defect

    The motor on this ice maker is highly prone to failure. Mine burned out 2 weeks after the 1 year warranty expired and upon investigation a lot of people discuss this in forums but GE is not issuing any recalls or anything. Even more, the motor that keeps burning out is not available for purchase online anywhere so you have to buy a whole new ice maker. Very frustrating to pay 4K for a fridge and the ice maker to go down year one with no resolution in hand!

    Bought a fridge for $2476 0pen box but the top would not get cold enough so i order a new one same fridge more money now i am at $3500 total then when it finally came in it csme damage they said we can exchange the parts that damage i was like no way thst not consider new furthermore it been 5 days ans they still havent contact me about my new fridge

    Ge 4 door refrigerator i have had nothing but problems with must of been built on a monday. No drain plug even the geek squad couldnt believe it. But i will give it a second chance and exchange and try again bc i love the style and the back lighting. And the 4th drawer perfect for my kids to reach and no huge ice maker taking up space.

    Compressor went out after only 6 months. Best buy doesn't help with fixing anything and its taken GE 3 weeks and counting to fix it. The water autofill feature works only about half the time and gives an error light. Would stay away from GE.

    Within two weeks of having the refrigerator, the freeze stopped freezing. The center drawer also is not down to temperature.

    Problems cooling and drawer glides straight out of

    We are returning our 3rd unit this week. 2 had issues with fridge temperature not close to set temp.. 2 had issues with drawer glides.. unfortunately we are now switching to a different brand. Wish us luck!!

    Do Not Buy ! IF I COULD I WOULD HAVE GIVING IT ZERO STAR ! DO NOT BELIVE ALL THE Good reviews online ! It’s is exactly 2.5 years old and suddenly it stopped working completely. I was told by my service guy that it needs a new compressor and a new heater for about $2000. Worse yet the parts are “unavailable “

    We love this fridge. However in 6 months it has deverlopes a rattle sound. Best Buy total tech checked it out and thought it was compressor. A comtractor replaced the compressor and its doing the same thing. Its loud and unacceptable for a 3k+ fridge.

    I purchased this refrigerator and had it delivered. When they delivered it to me and had to dance in the front door and the electric plug was torn off. They took the refrigerator back and they told me the next one would be available in November. Very disappointed in the delivery.

    Overall this is a great fridge. I marked it down 1 star because the bottle filler is 1/8th inch too small so it is difficult to fit my Hydroflask
