I love this fridge. Simple on the outside elegant on the inside.

Refrigerator itself is nice and spacious but after three weeks it has a loud motor sound. I think I got a lemon. Delivery guys also said it didn't come in a box. I think I got a floor model or returned item although I purchased a new one

Have had GE Profile in place for a month and love it. The size and inside layout of all the interior is great for arranging a fridge however you prefer. The drawer is perfect for easy access to canned drinks and we use if for yogurt, cheese and cold cuts. Super handy. Freezer is well designed and plenty of space for most any household needs. It is quiet and sleek looking [see photo]. Easy to clean the stainless steel and it stays sleek. The water dispenser is the best - either instant filtered water in the pitcher or easy to use tap. Easy to remove and replace. Keep in mind that it does extend past standard counter depth, but for us that's a plus for the space it's in and given the extra cubic feet it provides. Have had Subzeros and a Leibherr and I like this far better, plus already know it will be far easier and cheaper to repair if it's ever needed.

I’ve owned several fridge brands over the years, but GE has proven to be the most reliable. It’s spacious, well-designed, and keeps everything at the perfect temperature. Definitely feels like a fridge you can count on for the long haul.

I had an LG that died, it was great on the surface but all the fancy features also created a really busy refrigerator that was hard to clean. There were layers and layers of shelving and plastic and funk could collect in strange places. The ice maker also had a habit of freezing over. The GE could not be more different, the layout is more straightforward and somehow it is easier to see the food inside, the lighting in the back of the unit is really clever as well, the whole back wall lights up. The water filter is a premium to the LG, it tastes better and filters out more impurities. The one thing I don't love but it's not a huge deal because there are positives as well is the water dispenser, the water pitcher is really cool but you have to open the door and hold it open to use the dispenser without taking out the pitcher so you lose some cool air, The Ice maker is fast and I like the shape of it, I do miss the ice crusher and door dispenser but not the problems that can create and the space it takes up on the door. Door space and storage is also deep and terrific, the storage on all levels and spaces is well thought out. I have some additional organization in the freezer/drawers with some acrylic bins but you may or may not need it. Overall, it's the best refrigerator I've ever had in my kitchen and for a family of 4 including two boys that eat like horses, it's plenty of space and we eat most meals at home and buy fresh food, eat lots of produce, etc.

This GE Profile 4 door French Door refrigerator has many features that I like. Bright lighting everywhere... fridge, freezer, and the multi-function drawer that offers four temperature settings for wine, soda, snacks and meat. I use the meat setting (29 degrease) for meat that I purchase today, but don't want to cook it for another day or two. It's not frozen solid, but it's colder than the fridge. I opted for the inside water Despencer but was not sure I would like it. (Well, I like it allot!). Just open the door, press the spout and fill a glass of cold water, or pull the water pitcher from it's base and fill multiple glasses, or dog and cat bowls. Return it to it's base, and it autofill's. The water is colder than an outside door dispenser and the water filter is better than most. I don't need to buy bottled water anymore. The ice maker provides lots of ice in a large bin in the bottom freezer. This freezer is large, with a sliding tray on the upper level, and some separate compartments for small items. The stainless steel is fingerprint resistant and easy to keep clean. I'm just hoping that this Fridge lasts longer than some of the other brands.

I love the design, auto fill pitcher and ice maker. The back wall light makes it easy to find things. Very roomy

We absolutely love our GE Profile 28.7 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator! It has a sleek and modern design that’s not only beautiful but also easy to keep clean. The storage capacity is fantastic, with plenty of space in the main fridge, the door racks, and the pull-out drawers. However, we do wish it came with more storage bins for the middle drawer—having extra would make organization even better. Performance-wise, it’s top-notch—everything stays fresh, and the cooling is consistent. The features are outstanding, especially the autofill pitcher, ice maker, and the panel of lights that illuminate the entire fridge. It’s also impressively quiet, making it a seamless addition to our kitchen. The fridge is intuitive and easy to use, though, again, a few more storage bins would be a great addition. Overall, it's worth every penny, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, feature-packed refrigerator!

Very nice design in side. We like the three levels of storage. The interior lighting is excellent. The inside door water dispenser is a great idea.

LOVE this refrigerator. Exceeded my expectations in every way! Great lighting, Convenient layout to include some adjustability, Good capacity ice maker, Custom temp settings for the extra door/drawer space depending on what you want to store there has me spoiled & impressed! Soft close & slightly raised fruit & veggie bins are spacious, quiet, & easy to keep that whole area clean. Outside surface areas are magnetic & stainless steel finish is easier to keep clean than expected. The tight seal on all the doors are amazing!

Great fridge! I love the water dispenser system. It has so much more room compared to our old one, better organized. The lighting is fantastic. If I were to give any cons I'd be the ice maker seemed a little slow, but we're not using so much ice that it can't keep up so it's really not a big deal. It just felt like initially it took like 3 days to fill up the bucket.

As was expected nice clean look interior well lite and adjustable the water dispenser is a great idea I prefer it to the door water dispenser as said a much cleaner look So far I have been very happy with the purchase the installation was done professionally and on time Overall for the price I couldn’t beat it

Love this fridge. The LED light wall makes this thing such a pleasant experience when you open the door. You can also adjust the brightness. Everything is bright and illuminated and welcoming. I am shocked more haven't implemented this feature. Keeps everything cold, the middle drawer actually keeps things very cold as well which isn't something I have seen on several different fridges at this point. I like that the controls are right in front of you at the top when you open the french doors and the middle drawer controls are right on the drawer itself. Easy access is always a plus. The door bins are very large easily accommodating several gallon size containers on multiple shelves. The ice maker is IN THE FREEZER and drops ice into a bin. If you are new to this, do not get units with water and ice on the door. They are maintenance nightmares because it's making frozen ice in the fridge meaning it has to maintain a frozen zone which goes against all logic. Get one with water inside the fridge and ice made in the freezer. A nice bonus is that because the ice maker is in the freezer you have full use of the width of the fridge inside. There is a pitcher inside the door that auto fills with filtered water and keeps it chilled. I won't personally ever use it because I like my filtered house water but it's a nice feature to have. The pitcher also has a spigot that dispenses water if you don't want to pull the entire pitcher out. The ice maker is also very fast. This unit has what I consider a very premium upgrade which is dual evaporators. This helps maintain the 2 different climates much more consistently with much better humidity control. Since the air isn't shared like with traditional fridges you also get much better odor control. There is an app you can connect this to, but it's not required and no features are limited if you don't. It does things like tell you when the door is open, alerts you if it goes above temp, filter life remaining, tells you when the ice bin is full, allows you to adjust the temperatures, status of the pitcher, how much water and energy you have used, etc. It's actually a nicely designed app. And yes, it does connect to their servers enabling you to have access to it outside the home so if you don't like that just press the Wifi button on the fridge right above the doors and turn it off and no worries. I like manufacturers that give me the option to use their app if choose to and don't limit features if I choose to not to. Bosch and others have started actually limiting features on an appliance you have bought if you don't give them access through the app. Insanity. GE products have always been very reliable for me over the years and in the rare case they have needed service they are easy to work on with parts/techs readily available.

The GE Profile 28.7 cu. ft. 4-door refrigerator is very good. The refrigerator section is larger compared to previous GE French 3 door models with water and ice door dispensers. (The ice maker in the 3-door models took up a lot of space in the refrigerator. More about this below.) The refrigerator sections slow brightening back panel ambient and overhead lighting is very nice. The water pitcher works well (after the dispenser lever assembly leak was fixed with a simple reassembly and tightening - hint use a 7/8" socket to disassemble.) The middle door drawer is larger compared to the equivalent 3-door deli interior compartment and has its own variable temperature setting (nice). The freezer section is of similar size to the previous three door models with some space taken up by the ice maker. This GE model was selected because (1) it has a rotary compressor (not a linear electric compressor) which should be more reliable and (2) The ice maker is located in the freezer section not in the upper refrigerator door. The upper door dispensing of ice and water was more convenient to use. But the ice maker took up a lot of space in the refrigerator section and the upper freezer (to make ice) had to be repaired three times, and eventually the defrosting heater wire in the upper section failed leading to the drain clogging with ice and defrosted water leaking into the bottom of the refrigerator (under the 3-door) deli drawer which then froze and had to be manually chipped out and removed. Ugh. Hopefully the design of the current French 4-door refrigerator will be more reliable in the long term. This is the basis for the 4-star review – good design and features – but questions on long term reliability (time will tell).

Bought this for my wife because she wanted a refrigerator with more space compared to the one we had. She is thrilled with the layout and how much it holds. The lighted back panel is great and really lights up the whole refrigerator.

I am so happy with my purchase of this refrigerator! I wasn't sure that I would like the ice in the freezer and not in the door, but I actually really love that I can get ice so quickly. It holds much more ice than the ones with ice in the door. Also the water dispenser inside as a pitcher is the best! I can dispense it from the fridge or take it to the table.. Love this idea they had! The space inside is large and has a ton of shelf space in the doors too. The Freezer is large and I love that the middle drawer can be used to keep meat extra cold or temp can be changed to store other things that are not needing to be as cold. I am truly happy with this purchase. The last refrigerator I purchased was a lemon from a different manufacture... GE so far is running strong and I am happy!

We replaced our 15-year-old GE Profile, and this GE Profile 4-Door has the same high-quality feel with several new features. There is so much room in this refrigerator. The door depth allows us to store our tall beverage bottles in the door rather than use the area under the adjustable 2nd shelf area, as we did in our previous model. We use the adjustable temperature middle drawer for deli meats and cheeses and use the removable bin for canned beverages. We had no idea how much we needed the auto-refill water pitcher. We used to refill our Brita constantly throughout the day, now the pitcher is automatically refilled each time we use water. And the filtered water tastes great too. The lighting truly does make it almost impossible to lose food in the depths of the refrigerator or in the drawers. The Wi-Fi app provides notifications for doors left open and allows you to control the temperature, turn on/off the ice machine, control the lighting and track the energy usage. I highly recommend this refrigerator!

The unit is fairly large and has capacity for many items. Make sure you measure before attempting to bring in your home including you pathway to the location. I had to have the unit brought in pieces since it was too large for my doorway and hallway. The delivery / installer were not informed, even though I indicated in the order multiple times. As a refrigerator should it keeps your food items cold. Doors May need adjustment after it is put back together. The water dispenser/ thermos will s handy. The ice maker works as well. The real test and you won’t know for sure is its longevity. Most new refrigerators do not have the lifespan many had 20 -30 years ago. I will be lucky to get 10. Most manufacturers just want your money and put the cheapest parts in your system and claim its quality. Then they do not back it up with a poor short 1 year warranty. They on top of it they want u to pay more for an extended warranty. The refrigeration industry is a sham wanting to charge more for less. It is a roll of the dice and wait and see how the unit actually last.

Phenomenal refrigerator. Tons of room, cools everything very well and a delight to look at. The water pitcher is a nice touch and has come in very handy. The app connectivity is good and the kids enjoy seeing water consumption in animal water consumption
