Quit motor ,bright lights , fan works great and easy to install

Basic capability is good. The glass touchpad was nearly impossible to operate, took taps, hits, presses - sometimes to no avail. Then after having it for 1 year and 4 months, quit working.

After much research we chose to go with this range hood. When we went to install it, the buttons for the fan and lights did not work as expected. The fan would start but would not stop.

After countless hours of looking for a minimalist hood at an affordable price. I wanted a hood without the long neck to go with my minimalist kitchen, Great buy- and the vent works as promised.

Very easy install. And used very well. easy to clean.

Not very effective. When I purchased I didn’t realize I needed to order a filter also but Best Buy didn’t carry it. Once filter was purchased I can’t say it made much of a difference of having it

Item did not match the same color of LG appliances

although stylish and functional, I was disappointed that the filter needed to be purchased separately an dI did not know this until it was installed.

We installed ourselves. Rather easy. But when we turned it on, it vibrated violently. A technician came out and said it was the motor. He ordered a new one but now have to wait to get it installed.

Best Buy delivered the boxed range top to my home. When I plugged it in none of the controls responded and the Bluetooth did not even send a pairing signal. Per the instructions I unplugged and replugged the unit several times but it never responded. As it was GE I had not checked for customer reviews (there were none on Bestbuy.com at the time of my purchase). Now I did check other sites and found the unit had a high rate of DOA per other customers so I returned the unit for a refund. I am now looking for a different range hood.

Matches great with Cafe series cooktop. I turn on the lights each night and the soft lighting gives the kitchen such a nice ambience. The fan works great too... not too noisy.

Needed a higher flow vent for our range. It works great.

Relatively easy to install and works great! The size was perfect for our kitchen. Stainless steel finish also matches our other appliances well. Highly recommend!

Not very effective fan. Does not push all the exhaust air outside. Returned and replaced.

Unit is excessively noisy. Sounds like I am standing near the exhaust of a jet engine. Hate this product and would like it exchanged, or totally removed. Although it was purchased in February, due to Covid it was only installed the day before Thanksgiving. It has only turned on twice. Once to check it out and the second time to show the installer of the WRONG refrigerator.

This thing has great power! And quiet too. What more could you want? Very happy with the purchase.

Worked pretty well at first then suddenly the control panel(touch) stopped functioning properly. Nothing works except fan on low. This hood lasted less than 2years. Definitely not worth the price.

Unfortunately after the technician installed it, we found out it was damaged. When the fan was turned on there was a loud clacking sound that wouldn't stop.It was returned.
