    I ordered a 2500 Ge range, rented a truck to go pick it up, ranges was all boxed up and on a pallet truck, boxed look distressed and I requested to open box before it was lifted into truck, I was advised I need to take delivery and put in in my truck first.. of course no idiot would fall for that old trick, so I opened the box and the entire rear Sheetmetal was crushed in and the glass top had a crack in it.. The funny part was, the sales told me to take the unit hone and the he would schedule the geek squad to come and and see it it can be fixed... Radio Shack Rejects

    Love my stove, haven’t figured out the air fry yet. The oven is nice and big, love the 3 racks for multiple baking.

    Burner says it's hot even 24-hours after use

    This came to us defective and we had to replace it. 2n d try -- the first one came to us missing the screen components.

    I love the stove, which I purchased from another company, because Best Buy put off delivery twice and the people that were supposed to help, scheduled delivery for ten days afterward. Enough was enough and I canceled the order and will not shop at Best Buy again and will cancel my Total Tech membership when it’s up for renewal. I get much better service from a local private company.

    Pretty stove but difficult to keep clean

    Works very well but very difficult to keep clean. Every fingerprint on top shows. Cleaning it every time I use it. Controls are extremely sensitive. Burners turn on just wiping them.

    I recently purchased this oven and after the first use there is corrosion on the racks and the top burner. Also found out that this over does not have a self clean option only a steam clean. Tried to use the steam clean to correct the problem and I know have moisture in the door. Will never purchase again

    Still did not get my appliance they take my now every time is something that why they can’t make delivery I will never buy anything at bestbuy again

    My new stove

    I've only had this stove a couple of weeks but am enjoying the new features it provides me. The multiple burners are great. And the two-burner sync is awesome. Being able to cook pancakes in half the time makes having pancakes a lot more frequently an option. Not being "into" using wi-fi, I still have to figure out how to use the air fry function.

    Does not fry taco shells the same

    I spent a lot to get this stove I had to convert the electric and that was $3,000. Well would I do it again NO I know the stove top is so easy to clean but it does not cook the same. I prided myself in making best tacos in town, not anymore. The stove will not fry the taco shell the same. I don't understand how and why I just know the crunchy light taco shell i used to make are now heavy and not crunchy. The top of the stove has several marks on it and I can not get them cleaned off. Shortly after using it under the glass are some white dotts that show through as if used up The Fry feature is fantastic and does a great job on the food. How ever it makes a huge mess in the stove. I am looking for pans nows I only had a few that worked. I do like that when cooking it does not get as hot in the kitchen. I have purchased silpats to place between my stove and pans while cooking and it does work half the time. I read how some use them all the time to keep the stove pristine. The concept sounds good but fails half the time for me.

      Hi there - Thanks for sharing your experience. It's great to hear that you love the fry feature of your range. Be careful not to slide pots and pans across your cooktop. It will leave metal markings on the cooktop surface. These marks are removable using the a ceramic cooktop cleaner with a non-scratching cleaning pad for ceramic cooktops. Please review the "Cookware Guidelines" pg. 17 of the owner's manual for help with choosing the proper cookware for this unit. We hope this information is helpful.     Unusable at 2 years.

    So I am writing this review because I am very disappointed in the quality of this product regarding longevity. I have had this stove for exactly 2years this month and it is not functioning leaving me without a stove, and how GE responds to out of warranty customers is unexceptionable after 1 year you are on your own they won’t even schedule you a repair appointment. This was my dream stove and it looks as new as the day I bought it because I take the utmost care of my appliances as to make them last for many years so how disappointing to only get 2 years . Thanks to my credit card company I have an additional 2years warranty on things I buy but how shameful to attempt to schedule an appointment for repair with GE to be given the run around, wasting my time on a product that won’t last for more then 2years. I will not waste my money or time on any more GE products if this is what you get.

    Stopped working after 6 months

    This ranges is great at first until the stove top stops working after 6 months. This is a very common problem. This product is no longer being produced. Please check the complaints on the GE website before purchasing. We called GE and we were told that they would get back to us in a couple of days to see what they could do, since there are no service reps in our very rural area.
