The refrigeraror is ok but for the price I expected more. The ice maker is too low,it splatters ice when its in crushed mode and the compressor is loud at times.

Purchased this unit to replaced a failed GE Profile unit that lasted 12 years. The prior model was no longer sold and this fit into the space perfectly and the finish matched the existing GE appliances. The ice maker is small and does make a little noise when dumping cubes into the reservoir; otherwise, a quite unit similar to the prior unit. Kids and I really like the AutoFill function. It works surprisingly well.

Overall, we are happy with the fridge. Very spacious given the size. My main issue has to do with the water filter system and how GE requires their own (expensive) filters to be used.

Good Refrigerator. The mechanism that releases ice is very noisy. Filtered Water taste great from refrigerator. Previous LG refrigerator filtered water had aftertaste. Only wished this was a larger counter depth refrigerator.

Very nice. Sleek and perfect size. Like the counter depth. So nice not having a refrigerator sticking out into the room.

Having ice storage on door really opens up shelving on the inside. So far ice maker works great. Refrigerator has a great look.

First refrigerator did not work at all. Best Buy brought us another one the next day! It has been working great.

This is a basic fridge without the many bells and whistles that adorn many of the newest refrigerators on the market today. It does a great job at simply keeping food/products cold. The true luxury of the fridge is the door water glass autofill feature. It works flawlessly regardless of glass size or type. A simple function done well. If you use a lot of ice, then you should consider the freezer ice maker add-on even though you are forfeiting freezer space. Overall, this is a great fridge for the price.

Only a few weeks into it, but it is quiet and operates as advertised. No complaints about operating noise. Ice does make a noise at drops into storage bin, but that is true of all similar icemakers. Like the shelving arrangement. Seems to be more room than in previous Samsung of same size. Doors are a bit harder to open. I assume this is to ensure a tight seal and reduce energy use.

Love this refrigerator!! It’s design is far superior to a traditional side by side fridge! A woman must have come up w/it! It is much easier to see & access items w/o giving up space! It is a winner!!

Overall a beautiful refrigerator that was perfect for our counter-depth needs. Positives: My favorite feature is the auto-sensing water dispenser in the door. Two-person household here and icemaker always has ample ice for our needs. Negatives: Lower freezer door takes some muscle to open and can sometimes make items jostle around.

Its everything we need. Haven't been able to hook up water line yet.

Love that it is smaller than my previous refrigerator. I shop more often and have fresher food. Only issue is that the handle was scratched when moved. Did not think it should have scratched that easily.

My refrigerator needed repair the day it was delivered. The freezer was not sealed properly, the right door needed replacement. Trying to contact someone for help was difficult to put it nicely, It took 5 calls (had to leave messages) with no call back ever and 2 visits to the store before anyone would help.

This refrigerator is amazing! I was skeptical in purchasing only because of the reviews stating it was loud actually it’s not as far as running. The only thing that’s a little loud is the ice when dispensing but otherwise I love it!

Working as expected. Looks great! More space inside than expected.

Refrigerator arrived with a ding in the freezer door and we asked for a replacement which turned out to be a wise decision. The freezer cools to 0 degrees with no problem, but the refrigerator after 4 days still only reaches a temperature between 39-40 degrees. Yesterday the water dispenser sensor stoped working also. A new replacement is scheduled to arrive this Friday, fingers crossed. We bought a digital and standard thermometer and verified the temperatures in both the refrigerator and freezer, in addition we placed another thermometer in a glass of water in the refrigerator. Several appliance repair sites suggested using the thermometer in the glass of water is one of the most accurate ways to check the temperature based on the water prevents any variations in the air movement in the refrigerator.
