Very spacious for being counter-depth and perfect for a small family. The freezer is able to hold more than expected and has been able to get cold enough for "sushi-grade" freezing of fish. The water pitcher wasn't a feature I was particularly excited about, but the wife loves it and uses it frequently.

Don't purchase Open Box, they never work

I bought it knowing the handle on the left was broken on the inside and the exterior had a few dents. I had to exchange it and went with same brand, but new and 3 door instead of 4.

It has been over 4 weeks and waiting for replacement. Old unit was removed on Monday. I did not get the reward points that was promised. Need to go to the store to find out whay. I was told that if I got a Best Buy credit card I would receive $450.00 in points if I paid the unit off in less than 15 days. Which I did.

Love the water pitcher concept that can be pulled out and automatically refilled when the door is closed. The freezer has deep bins to keep most of our frozen items. The only thing is you can see fingerprints.

I love the fact that the ice dispenser is in the bottom freezer section and the water dispenser is in the inside of the door, this makes for a cleaner look.
