After much back and forth and unnecessary dialogue with BBs customer service we were finally offered this model. It came in without any damage and so far has exceeded are expectations. Unfortunately I am unable to say the same for BBs customer service.

Ice Maker Woes!

It takes too long to dispense ice and the ice maker ran out of ice twice in three weeks. I did call to return before the 15 days but did not have time to go out and find a replacement. I even went out and bought a stand-alone ice maker to make up for how poorly this ice maker is. For complete transparency, please note I am a bit of an ice snob. Any gains I had from the auto-fill dispenser were wiped out by the time I needed to get my glass filled with ice. Too bad, because I think the rest of the refrigerator's functionality and design is pretty good.

Posted .We appreciate you reaching out to us. Your beautiful refrigerator is designed to produce approximately 7 cubes every 40-50 minutes. Ice production is dependent on freezer temperatures. . The settings for your model should be set to the default settings of 0°F for the freezer and 37°F for the fresh food section. You may increase ice production rates by setting the freezer temperature to a colder setting such as -2°F. Door openings and food load will directly affect ice production. The interior lighting makes it easy to see every shelf and locate items easily. The doors are amazing and make everything so convenient to access. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Best Buy customer service was ZERO help. Over 7 calls to try to get parts. Had to figure it out on our own and order from manufacturer. All of that aside. 4 stars bc it’s a nice fridge overall. So far pleased.

Having that extra draw in the middle is nice! Also, having a door in door is nice! This fridge has WIFI! I didn't think that was something that I would find practical. But the other day, the freezer door wasn't shut all the way. I got a message on my phone telling me that the draw wasn't closed. The app let's you see how the fridge is doing at all times. I highly recommend this product!

Nice while it lasted

Bodewell repair has taken over a month to repair under warranty, and still isn't working. Very nice refrigerator when it was working. The autofill is somewhat quirky, but worked well for the most part and is very convenient. Will probably look to a different brand though if this can't be fixed. It's way too expensive to last only 2.5 years.

The dual door feature is a favorite now. Easy to get milk an, creamers and butter with out opening the whole door.

Ice maker not working

It made one batch of ice and then would not make anymore after I dumped it out. I called and had a tech come out and he said it should be working but didn't know what needed to be done to fix it. They said they's swap it out with a new fridge. We had to push the swap back due to weather. I rescheduled for (1/9/2025) and never got a confirmation email. It is now (1/10/2025) so I'll have to call back and schedule a new date for the swap it looks like.
