The GE Profile Refrigerator is expensive, but worth every worth it. It has everything I was looking for and east to use. I am disappointed in Best Buy delivery. My EXPENSIVE refrigerator came with a dent, I called the Best Buy where I bought it, and complained, but no one has responded.

Love this new refrigerator especially the lightweight door in door feature that I honestly did not fully appreciate until we got this in the kitchen abd started using it. Also live the middle drawer!

Fabulous features ( lighting, auto fill, swing out shelf in the door in door feature, organization of shelves and freezer compartments). Every part of this refrigerator was plastic wrapped. Much care was given to this appliance for shipping. Wonderful refrigerator.

Definitely better than the samsung, still lacking on having a good ice maker.

Love this fridge. Very well organized and the ice dispenser really puts out ice. We had a Samsung (awful) that had to be relegated to the garage as a beverage fridge (sooo many issues) GE Profile is spacious, shelves are well organized and the freezer space is great

Cavernous space in both refrigerator compartments. Be careful about eggs in the pull out fridge drawer, as they can freeze. Also be mindful of how tightly the freezer shuts, as it's easy for things to hold it open ever so slightly.

Love my new fridge!! The inside is nice and bright and very spacious.

So far so Good!!! I really like this Refrigerator it's quiet, it's features has good appeal. Only one little thing wrong with this fridge it appears when it was packaged at the manufactures facility it was dinged in a couple of spots. Working this out with Best Buy

Great refrigerator. The only negatives are: Doesn’t hold enough ice Ice water capacity too small I find the door in door is not useful for our needs.

Have had for 3 weeks and the freezer is frosting and icing up and not freezing the contents. This is a replacement for the GE Profile - 27.7 Cu. Ft. French-Door Refrigerator Stainless steel Model:PFE28KYNFS which I had for less than 2 weeks and the compressor went bad and was told replacement part was not available. I would have had to wait over 3 weeks for the same model which is why I chose the 4 door French Door Model PVD28BYNFS which was available for delivery within 2 days. Have to wait 1 week for the service appointment. Seriously considering to completely replace the refrigerator with an LG or Samsung at this point.

Very large refrigerator. Only downside is that the icemaker has small capacity. Did have difficulty getting this in through our doorway. Had to remove the doors.

This is a great refrigerator. Perfect use of space saving doors. Love the milk operation door. Even better is the snack drawer with the drink holder. Like it so much I bought 2.

Love my new fridge which has tons of storage compared to my previous one. Keeps items cold and is very functional. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because it is a warehouse item and has some scratches and dents.

Service crew was terrible. Installed handles upside down, did not install interior shelves including the through the door ones and left with the doors crooked. Great customer service person helped us through that mess. That installation did not effect my rating here. Refrigerator is 4 stars because of the small ice maker storage capacity and the water is just not as cold as we would like (our old GE was much cooler for much more water, Lastly be careful of items in bottom drawer falling behind that drawer when the top drawer closes.
