    My ice maker is broken, it won't make ice and main part of the refrigerator will not hold temperature. I have it set to 34° and the thermometer in the fridge is reading between 40° to 42°. I've tried the troubleshooting options that GE offers and it has done nothing to help the situation. I've only had this fridge a little over a year and it's just out of warranty so what a coincidence that it breaks shortly after that and now they want to charge me a service fee to come out and fix a cooling issue. The soonest service date that I've been offered was 4 1/2 days from calling and don't forget the 24 hours we've already spent with all their troubleshooting ideas. I now have to send my husband out to go get bags of ice so we can move our dairy and other perishable items to coolers to try and keep them at a safe temperature for consumption for my two very young children. Safe yourself some aggravation and buy a fridge from another company with a better warranty time frame and better service turn around time.

    To early to evaluate… Bought a new refrigerator since the previos one, a top of the line refrigerator, only lasted 5 years. Trying my luck with this new GE Profile

    We absolutely love our new refrigerator. After reviewing several reviews we landed on GE Profile and couldn’t be happier. Middle drawer cools drinks to where they have a bit of ice on first sips of drinks in drawer!

    Def the better fridge over LG, more sturdy and reliable. Shelves on door are a little narrow on design but I’ll sacrifice over piece of crap LG we had

    Great refrigerator! I’m able to organize food . There was a small dent in door and door wasn’t locking with second door! The installers told me Best Buy would call me but no one called to fix it!

    while the fridge is good the 1st of 2 deliveries was a nightmare which caused me to lose all my food as the delay took an extra 3 days.

    It replaced our old refrigerator with this new GE profile refrigerator and wow what a refrigerator. Has it all , look , lot of room to keep lot lot of food and drinks freezer has lot of room too we love it a lot

    Dissatisfied, no installation was made. Not even they plugged it. Ask to take the old one out, and they said no! Not good customer service.

    We were disappointed on the delivery. They wouldn't take the doors off the refrigerator so it did get scratched. Best buy did replace it with another one.

    We had a Samsung that had the middle drawer on the inside. What a pain. You had to open both doors to get anything out of the drawer. This design is SO much better. The ice maker works great. The visibility of everything in the fridge is fantastic.

    I love the fridge but the delivery and install was absolutely horrible. If i could review them separately i would. The fridge is beautiful and quiet. The install caused the freezer drawer to get damaged and we didn’t realize this until after the window for them to return anything. The freezer drawer lining was cracked causing leaks and it wasn’t noticeable until a month later. The delivery was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was so disappointed with best buy. It is a 3rd party delivery service but in my opinion it is still Best Buy’s responsibility because we did not choose that. It was our only option.

    Product is good Install was horrendous. First set of guys didn’t want to be bother to deliver so they left it in my garage

    First refrigerator we received broke in the first 12 hours. Credit to Bestbuy and its staff they just replaced it with a new one but it took an additional week. Second one has had a a drawer slide break but techs replaced it with no costs

    Love this fridge. Only issue we had was the freezer door wouldn’t close properly. Our sales rep changed out the unit two days later… all is well.
