NO SOFT-CLOSE DRAWERS. Overall disappointing. Replacements for all defective/dented items came a week later.

The design makes it so easy to put items away in the fridge and freezer. The draw is also convenient, but hard to decide what to use it for.

I've called numerous times for the freezer light not working from day one. Every call is over 30 minutes and the end results is that there is no service call available at the time. The light itself is no big deal but what if it is connected to a larger issue within the freezer circuitry?
