We recommend ensuring the filter isn't clogged and the freezer temperature is at 16°F or below; the icemaker must reach that temperature before a cycle will begin. The recommend temperature for the freezer is 0°F. Additional tips about what to try for an issue with ice production are available on page 38 of the manual; that can be viewed on Best Buy's product page for the model when you go to the 'Features' section and scroll to the bottom. We also have an article about addressing an issue with ice production on our GE Appliances website; that's titled "Refrigerator - Icemaker Not Producing Ice". You can view that article when you look up the title and click the 'Support' tab. We must have gotten three lemons. within first 3 months, freezer stopped working, had to throw food away and wait for replacement. Received that one and the door wouldn't seal. Got another one within3 months ice maker quit working!!! Do not buy

May have a GE badge but not made by GE. made by Haier America . Ice maker keeps leaking all over the floor ! 3 service calls later and problem is still not fixed!! nothing but hours on the phone and the run around from Haier!! Do not buy this unit! Not worth the 3000 dollars!!

Faulty Freezer Door Design

It won't stay on the track. I've had Geek Squad out to replace the track but it's like the unit is too wide for the drawer. The wheel on the drawer does not meet up with the track on one side or the other.

Not stainless steel

Kitchen magnets do not stick to stainless steel. So it's weird that this $3000+ refrigerator states it's stainless steel, yet very easily I can use regular kitchen magnets on any area of both sides and the entire front. So.....obviously NOT a $3000+ stainless refrigerator, this is JUST a $3000+ refrigerator.
