    Worst experience with Best Buy Third-party del

    DO NOT BUY from Best Buy. Their third party delivery don't know what they are doing. They showed up the first time and can't unscrew the water line that connects my old refrigerator. Had to pay a plumber to unscrew what the third-party delivery technician can't. I rescheduled the appointment only for them to show up without my order. I was put on hold for almost an hour while they are trying to locate my order. Best buy agent can't get the third party agent to confirm if they have my order in their storage. Now I have to wait for Best Buy to call me once they get a reply back that they have my order and reschedule me the third time. Their third-party delivery will screw you up if you oder from Best Buy.

    Avoid buying GE refrigerators w door ice maker!

    My GE french door refrigerator with ice maker on door is less than five years old and suffers from numerous problems, including a frozen internal drain that causes condensation water to leak out of the left door, the deli drawer is now basically an extension of the freezer (with everything rock solid inside), the temperature at the top is luke warm and down low is near freezing (with no apparent way to adjust), and the front panel doesn't recognize the chip in the new filter I just installed so I can't get water out of it anymore -- so there's nothing they can do for me without an expensive service call since it's out of warranty. Amazingly poor quality all the way around. I will never buy another GE appliance again and will spend the rest of my life trying to spare others the miseries I've had to deal with.

    DOA. after a day of not getting cool the tech came out and said there was no freon in the system so ill be getting a new fridge. who forgets to put in the freon at the factory. or it leaked out. my fault for not making sure it was at least blowing cold air before the delivery guys left.

    I paid top dollar for this GE refrigerator 18 months ago. The compressor & inverter went bad and GE does not care. Parts not available for a minimum of 3 months. I’m supposed to go straight the holidays with no refrigerator. Horrible product, horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and do not buy.

    3 years and it stopped cooling. I called GE and no warranty to cover the problem. I decided GE because or reputation, I won’t do it anymore

    Died after only 8 months

    We bought this fridge and it is dead. Customer service is horrible. It has been 4 weeks this Thursday we have been without a fridge and almost 5 weeks before it is fixed. They sent me a whopping $200 to replace the food we lost and it does not come close to what we have spent in ordering out and will need to spend to replace the stuff in the fridge.

    DO NOT PURCHASE. Compressor and inverter failed after two years. Currently doing research and there’s a huge class action lawsuit concerning this. Already paid out of pocket for certain repairs not covered by the warranty.
