Excellent when it works; but it always breaks down

The best part is that it crisps food quickly. However, Advantiums always break and waiting for the necessary parts to fix them takes at least six months and the repairs are crazy expensive. This is our third Advantium over the course of 20 years. The last time, it took over two years waiting for one part. Since we got the extended warranty, we were finally given a replacement unit after an unacceptable wait time. If purchasing this unit, be sure to get the extended warranty.
