Installation is easy, has worked really good so far, and the fact that it comes with everything needed is definitely a plus.

I was worried from other reviews that the condensation pump would fail, but I suppose negative reviews are usually situations that are out of the ordinary. The A/C cools down my room quite quickly and its low profile makes it convenient to put things above or around it. It’s not as quiet as the Midea-U, but it sure doesn’t have a mold problem after 3 months of use so far.

This is awesome, window unit a/c that clearly cools down my bedroom at night and don't have to cool down the house house just to sleep comfortable at night. Saves a lot of money and this is also ultra quiet. Easy to set up too. Should have done this two years ago. OMG, thanks GE.

Surprisingly quiet for a window unit! The GE AC cools the room quickly and efficiently without the usual loud hum. Perfect for sleeping or working without distractions. Definitely one of the best quiet ACs I’ve used

Using in a 190 sq ft bedroom with 8 ft ceiling. This unit is extremely quiet and can get the room to 65 degrees fairly easily. The smartHQ app is great and allows you to create schedules for the AC unit and change the temperature from anywhere.

Bought this unit to put in my spare room up stairs. Easy to install. The features are great to keep the unit clean amd working properly. Would recommend.

Good product, pretty easy install. Had a little trouble downloading the app but that could be my phone. My only complaint is that the unit has some rattles and vibrations but not all of the time so it is difficult to figure out where they are coming from. All in it works good and is pretty quiet for a window ac unit.

Easy to put in. Very unique in the room. Fairly quiet. Definitely cools off the 300 sf that we have it in.

I loved the AC. Runs quiet, cools the room great, cold air. Until the end of last season. I bought it in August 2023. By September 2024 or so, it started a noise. Since it was cooling off, i stopped running it. Today it got warm in my room, and I turned it on. It started the same loud sound. I believe it is probably the compressor. It is not cooling either. I'm sad and upset that for almost $500 it basically lasted one summer.

The desgin is great, we used it in a small room with just ine window so we didnt want to loose too much of thr window. Install was different but not difficult, having two sets of hands helps a lot I wouldn’t qttempt this alone for fear of damaging the unit. Its seemw tk be efficient per the app I am only using 1-2 kilowatts a day running it in eco at night. My biggest issue is that it doesnt cool bery well. The thermostat only goes down to 65 and the units thermostat never seems to get the right reading. Unit shuts down or stops cooling becuase it thinks its cooler then it really is.

Super quiet, does a good job of cooling the room. A bit heavy. Takes two people to install. Not likely to remove it for winter. Still have a view out the window.

Easy to install. Simple instructions to work it. I love that it isnt loud and how it is designed.

Super cold an i still got most of my window. Can be kind of a pain to get in but once its in its solid. Nice being able to still open the window with out the ac fallin out.

This AC is perfect for my bedroom, it keeps my bedroom cool while it’s very quiet. I sometimes forget that it’s on.

Unit is very quiet, adjust to fit different windows. Installation was very simple. more expensive than other rated the same. If you plan to connect to wifi do that right away. I did not and had a time to get the wifi connected. To fix this issue unplug it from the wall and leave it off for a while, Suppose to be for a minute but this never worked for me . So I left it off for an hour or more then I was able to connect the wifi once I turned it on and followed the app instructions. Overall I'm happy with the unit.

I work remote and in an upstairs office which can get pretty warm. I needed a quiet air conditioner that didn't distract and be heard when I am in meetings. This fit the bill. I am cool while working and it is very quiet. Easy to clean the filter and the look is sleek and easy on the eye. I am very happy with this purchase.

Great air conditioner. Love this new saddle design. Was a little time consuming to set it up the first time. But worth it.

This air conditioner is THE BOMB!! Its design is sleek, it doesn't block the light and view from my window. The remote control makes it easy to adjust from anywhere in the room. It has a thermostat with an automatic start and stops to adjust to my set temperature. It runs quietly, and I am now chilling in my previously roasting trailer in Central Florida, even when it's over 100 degrees outside, my house is now a welcome haven to hide from the summer heat.
