Easy to install, the wifi is an added bonus. It also has a remote control which is great. The air conditioner is quiet and cools down a room temperature relatively quickly. I would recommend getting one.

Great AC unit and very quiet. East to Install. Cools off the room fast. We love it.

A bit cumbersome to install but only because it was the first time I've had this type of unit. Aside from that, it works great and is very quiet compared to standard window a/c units. Cools the space well.

[Employee of bestbuy] This ac unit was easy to install and gave me my view back. It also cools most of my home (800sq. ft.), not just 450 per the claim. I only wish i didn't have to turn the lights on at night to see what setting it is on, or hold my hand over the "settings during the day, since the light is white and the writing is white. Great unit overall.

Bought three of these with an offer by the Rep to use a best buy credit card and pay monthly. I added my husband as a user on the credit card account. We never got the card but it was being used to make purchases. After making the report about not receiving the card and that it was being used, we later a letter stating that we were responsible for the charges as the transactions were done chip enabled. when these cards are mailed out to customers, there is no activation that is needed to verify users, when mails are sent out several persons have access to the mails as more than one family usually occupies a house or apartment. when I spoke with the customer service representative it was the worst experience ever. I spoke and she didn't say one word after stating that we would be responsible for the charges.

We got this for our Laundry room that doesn't not have air flow. Love that you can schedule temp hours and the eco mode has helped with KW usage. I haven't had it long enough to know how it impacts my utility bill. It seems to be energy saving. Install was good we had to adjust the window sealing a couple of times but that was it. I recommend.

I like the look and profile of the unit. Was not too crazy to install, fairly easy if you follow instructions and have another person for the "put in into the window part". It cools well but makes a lot of weird noises. Still trying to figure out what setting to use for not so noisy operation.

Cools very well and is quite quiet, but it's heavy and not the easiest to install on your own. The user interface design is pretty bad too, tbh.

This unit is relatively easy for one person to install so long as heavy lifting is understood and the installer is of proper stature. It cools well but the outside of the unit produces a "ticking" sound that drove me insane. They allege it is part of the design but > couldn't get past it. With a little tweaking I think they would have a true contender.

Good product, pretty easy install. Had a little trouble downloading the app but that could be my phone. My only complaint is that the unit has some rattles and vibrations but not all of the time so it is difficult to figure out where they are coming from. All in it works good and is pretty quiet for a window ac unit.

Idea of hanging over window sounds better. Can be installed with one person. Not advised if weak or old customer. Lots of insulation on top of what is provided is what I used. Cools my entire second floor. Difficult to get snap backs snug in old window. Yet to install in new windows.

Really like it. Does sometimes have a little trouble with keeping room consistant though the room it's in does have very tall ceilings so I think that's more an issue with the room shape than the machine. Love the app very helpful will tell you how much electric it uses, you can set schedules, and completely control it from it. Pretty easy to install as well would suggest if you have siding cut a piece of wood to rest the screws on instead of your siding.

The desgin is great, we used it in a small room with just ine window so we didnt want to loose too much of thr window. Install was different but not difficult, having two sets of hands helps a lot I wouldn’t qttempt this alone for fear of damaging the unit. Its seemw tk be efficient per the app I am only using 1-2 kilowatts a day running it in eco at night. My biggest issue is that it doesnt cool bery well. The thermostat only goes down to 65 and the units thermostat never seems to get the right reading. Unit shuts down or stops cooling becuase it thinks its cooler then it really is.

To start off the install was easy compared to other windows units. The operation of the unit is whisper quiet and moves plenty of air. The app works well and shows you power usage/day. I love the unit sit below the sill and leaves access to your window.

This is awesome, window unit a/c that clearly cools down my bedroom at night and don't have to cool down the house house just to sleep comfortable at night. Saves a lot of money and this is also ultra quiet. Easy to set up too. Should have done this two years ago. OMG, thanks GE.

Easy to put in. Very unique in the room. Fairly quiet. Definitely cools off the 300 sf that we have it in.

Unit is very quiet, adjust to fit different windows. Installation was very simple. more expensive than other rated the same. If you plan to connect to wifi do that right away. I did not and had a time to get the wifi connected. To fix this issue unplug it from the wall and leave it off for a while, Suppose to be for a minute but this never worked for me . So I left it off for an hour or more then I was able to connect the wifi once I turned it on and followed the app instructions. Overall I'm happy with the unit.

I was worried from other reviews that the condensation pump would fail, but I suppose negative reviews are usually situations that are out of the ordinary. The A/C cools down my room quite quickly and its low profile makes it convenient to put things above or around it. It’s not as quiet as the Midea-U, but it sure doesn’t have a mold problem after 3 months of use so far.

Easy to install. Simple instructions to work it. I love that it isnt loud and how it is designed.
