Very quiet and easy to install! It's keeping our bedroom very comfy.

Super quite ac. It is working really nice and worth for its price.

Unit is very quiet, adjust to fit different windows. Installation was very simple. more expensive than other rated the same. If you plan to connect to wifi do that right away. I did not and had a time to get the wifi connected. To fix this issue unplug it from the wall and leave it off for a while, Suppose to be for a minute but this never worked for me . So I left it off for an hour or more then I was able to connect the wifi once I turned it on and followed the app instructions. Overall I'm happy with the unit.

Good AC. Works well and is nice and quiet , which is important to us. I gave it 4 stars because it’s very heavy and awkward to install. It has several preset sizes for the over the windowsill gap, but needs more options.

I'm very pleased with this unit. It is very quiet. It takes two people to in stall because its heavy and if you have an edge on you window you need someone to hold it steady til you fix the stable adjustments.

Good product that was relatively easy to install. Some of the additional hardware was kind of wonky and the window seal tape isn’t very strong at sticking over the summer

This air conditioner is THE BOMB!! Its design is sleek, it doesn't block the light and view from my window. The remote control makes it easy to adjust from anywhere in the room. It has a thermostat with an automatic start and stops to adjust to my set temperature. It runs quietly, and I am now chilling in my previously roasting trailer in Central Florida, even when it's over 100 degrees outside, my house is now a welcome haven to hide from the summer heat.

Had it for a month now and no complain. It really is quiet compared to other AC thats also new. Easy to install, but needs two people to do the job. Also, it does not need any other support like other window AC to prevent it from falling which gives me peace of mind. Highly recommended. It loks pretty too.

Best air conditioner I have ever owned and I have had a lot of them over the years. I am a senior with major problems with high heat due to COPD. This air conditioner allows me to look out my window and watch the wild animals and birds in my 1 acre back yard on days too hot to go outside.

Great AC. As someone who loves lots of natural light this was the answer. The smart features all work well with the app. Keeps our entire first level comfortable by itself and a fan. Would definitely buy again.

Can't have asked for better cooling performance in the space I'm using it. My only gripe is that with how humid it's been recently, it's been very humid inside the room. I solved this with a dehumidifier, and in tandem, i have the perfectly controlled room

This thing is whisper quiet, even at high fan speed. You'd think it'd have a hard time cooling a room that way, but it does it's job amazingly well. The WiFi controls are a godsend. Forgot to turn your AC on before you left? No problem, just pop open the app and you're good to go!

Being able to see out my window is awesome. It works well and isn’t loud. Only negative which they give instructions in the manual on how to fix is the noice it makes because of the star hitting in the back. But you can drain it but then it looses efficiency so I’ve decided to just deal with it.
