We purchased this for a guest room that is separate from our house and doesn't have central air. We've had two house guests stay so far and they both have said it works great. The pros: Super quiet Cools a room that is "on the cusp" of the sq footage size just fine! Remote control works well Attractive - it's really not intrusive or ugly like "traditional" window air conditioners Customer support was great - on a Sunday! The cons: I couldn't get the app to connect to the air conditioner - there was a software update that needed to happen. However, after a call to customer support, this was addressed and it works now iOS app is fairly limited -the remote control is better. The app is nice to be able to power on before you get home though.

Great AC. As someone who loves lots of natural light this was the answer. The smart features all work well with the app. Keeps our entire first level comfortable by itself and a fan. Would definitely buy again.

Can't have asked for better cooling performance in the space I'm using it. My only gripe is that with how humid it's been recently, it's been very humid inside the room. I solved this with a dehumidifier, and in tandem, i have the perfectly controlled room

Being able to see out my window is awesome. It works well and isn’t loud. Only negative which they give instructions in the manual on how to fix is the noice it makes because of the star hitting in the back. But you can drain it but then it looses efficiency so I’ve decided to just deal with it.

I love that the unit doesn't fill half the window. The unit us very quiet. However, the unit struggles to actually cool a room, which makes it ineffective as an air conditioner. It's 70-pound weight is difficult to manage and requires two people to install safely.

Great AC unit. Very quiet and easy to install. And the best part is you can still see outside the window!

Only gave it 4 stars because it was not easy to setup wifi for the smart features. I also feel like sometimes the ac doesn't respond to room temperature changes. If I turn it off and then back on it resumes functioning flawlessly. Doesn't happen often but definitely happens enough that it is noticeable. Hopefully a software update fixes this. Definitely worth upgrading the purchase with a Geek Squad plan. Definitely a pro in reducing energy costs.

This is a great little ac unit keeps our bedroom cool. It comes with everything you need to seal the window around the opening. We’ve had this for a year now and it is still working like when we put it in the window.

It works great for what I need, but there is absolutely no reason for this to have bluetooth or wifi,. I find it shady and intrusive at the least......best case scenario my A/C can now be remotely shut off by anyone willing to hack it.....

Love how it doesnt pollute my window space. Something to think about is that it takes up more space in fromt of the window so if you have a couch or something in fromt of window this wont work or youll have to oush out couch. Still highly recommend

Surprisingly quiet, although compressor makes decent humming noise.

This ac is great, it works fast its quiet and one of the best wall shakers i have ever had to date. But its big and heavy and isntall was the worst part.

Installation was a little trickier than we anticipated as this had to go into a very shallow window frame, which is specifically why we bought this particular unit. The expansion and securing of the middle frame that sits on the window sill was a bit complicated. Wasn't clear how to secure it so it would not expand outward after installation. A/C works great, cools off quickly. Unit is quiet inside the house, but the part that is outside the house is a bit noisy giving off a loud ticking noise when running. Otherwise, seems to work very well so far.

Genius design for higher visibility out of window. All accessories included for installation are well thought out and useful. Some window sill prep for better fit, leveling and installation is needed. Fairly heavy and a bit awkward to maneuver after assembly for one person to install especially if there is not ground level/ladder outside access. Two person job for most imho. This could be fixed with an O-ring and strap attached for leveraging the unit out and over window sill for windows not wide enough to accommodate unit + 2 installers. Looks, fits (even on our 110yo, nonstandard windows) and works great. A bit pricey but unique design was exactly was I was looking for so it was worth it.

Works great, quietest window unit I have ever seen. Very easy install with this design and makes it really stable.

Love it. A little awkward to install by oneself but not bad. Auto fan feature is different than expected but works. Nice drain feature for condensation, relatively quiet, I would buy again.

This unit has been great. This summer has been brutal. The wife was getting too hot and she was dropping the temperature on the main house really low making the main unit to run all night. I decided to install a window unit in our room. No need to cool the entire house down when we are in our room all night. This unit accomplish just what we needed. It’s always connected to the app and it responds immediately. It’s super quiet and you can feel it working in minutes. The app allows you to set an on/off schedule I am very happy with this purchase.
