Is good and quietest i like the air is out to top not front is better cero noise i recomended

Genius design for higher visibility out of window. All accessories included for installation are well thought out and useful. Some window sill prep for better fit, leveling and installation is needed. Fairly heavy and a bit awkward to maneuver after assembly for one person to install especially if there is not ground level/ladder outside access. Two person job for most imho. This could be fixed with an O-ring and strap attached for leveraging the unit out and over window sill for windows not wide enough to accommodate unit + 2 installers. Looks, fits (even on our 110yo, nonstandard windows) and works great. A bit pricey but unique design was exactly was I was looking for so it was worth it.

A great option over a regular unit. This one doesn't require the window to be open as wide and isn't as noticeable from the street when looking at the house.

I liked everything about this shopping experience except the actual unit I purchased. It looked nice and sleek in my window. It was easy to install. It talked to my phone. And most importantly it was easy to return (and I could use the exercise). Why you ask, about the unit that is, not the exercise. Because it did everything but make the air cold. That's not Best Buys fault. They were good to me. Unfortunately Best Buy was out of the other type of GE unit I decided to purchase, and reluctantly I had to go elsewhere. Best Buy will continue to be my first choice when shopping in the future.

The ac works like it should. It's VERY heavy compared to the other style window units but the low profile is great. I get more natural light through the window now.

This unit has been great. This summer has been brutal. The wife was getting too hot and she was dropping the temperature on the main house really low making the main unit to run all night. I decided to install a window unit in our room. No need to cool the entire house down when we are in our room all night. This unit accomplish just what we needed. It’s always connected to the app and it responds immediately. It’s super quiet and you can feel it working in minutes. The app allows you to set an on/off schedule I am very happy with this purchase.

The air conditioner worked really well for a few weeks. Then we got a P1 error code that could not be cleared and would stop the unit from working. But due to Best Buys short return window of only 15 days, we weren't able to replace it. Not the best experience overall, but not necessarily means this is a bad product.

Works great. I used it on med and it kept my room very cool that I had to use a comforter. Also, the install was very easy. It’s very heavy, so it’s a two person job.

I love to put it in the air condition because it was very easy to do and I love the way it looks in the window. I bought it for my bedroom because I heard it was the quietest window AC unit unfortunately so far that is not the case When I turn on quiet mode, it makes a loud humming noise that does not stop for sometimes an hour on end, I have been troubleshooting to try to fix it but so far I have not been able to do so unfortunately, I cannot return this because the time ran out but The whole point of buying this air condition was because I did not like the loud noise of the old AC units. This unit unless I am able to troubleshoot is not what I was looking for. I have a highsense. That I bought for my living room that is extremely quiet and I will be buying a smaller one for my room. If I cannot fix this problem if you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Ac works great and is relatively quiet. Perfect for a one bedroom. Cools effectively and the app functionality is easy to us.

This air conditioning unit does a great job of cooling our living room. We us a tower fan to blow the cool air into the kitchen. We like that we can see out the window since the most of it is below the window sill. It is much quieter than our old window unit!

Product is great. The quite mode is really quite. Very heavy and a little hard to adjust and install on your window. Not enough foam pads, i had to get more to accommodate to my window. The most annoying part is where te cooling fan is, there is a recessed frame, which accumulate water. You can hear the fan hitting the water… i would give 8 out 10 Very expensive…

This a/c was pretty decent. We were able to put it in the window upstairs on our 3rd floor and it kept that area nicely chilled.

It’s one of the best air conditioners i have used that is placed in the window! It feels as if you have central air

The replacement was perfect. Very quite unit. First arrived completely destroyed so this had to be driven to a store to be returned

A lot quieter, and uses less energy to cool down the living room. Definitely worth the investment. Best part, no need to worry about it falling out your window.

I bought this to upgrade the previous A/C that was so noisy we had to turn off when the phones rang. This has been a game changer, Its so quiet.

Nice window unit that takes up a lot less room than the more common window units. I started having issues with this just after the 1 year warranty went out. It started making a loud noise when the compressor came on, but it still cooled the room. It just recently stopped working…wouldn’t even turn on. I got almost 2 full seasons out of it before it died. I’m buying another one, but I’ll be buying the warranty with the next one.
