    Good product that was relatively easy to install. Some of the additional hardware was kind of wonky and the window seal tape isn’t very strong at sticking over the summer

    This air conditioning unit does a great job of cooling our living room. We us a tower fan to blow the cool air into the kitchen. We like that we can see out the window since the most of it is below the window sill. It is much quieter than our old window unit!

    This air conditioner cools the bedroom perfectly and runs very quietly. The installation was relatively easy with one person, although would be easier and faster with two people.

    Product is great. The quite mode is really quite. Very heavy and a little hard to adjust and install on your window. Not enough foam pads, i had to get more to accommodate to my window. The most annoying part is where te cooling fan is, there is a recessed frame, which accumulate water. You can hear the fan hitting the water… i would give 8 out 10 Very expensive…

    I purchased 2 of these units. One has a pump issue which I had to get fixed through GE. The other works great. I find that the units cool wonderfully when they work. The are not as quiet as I hoped they would be however That could be my fault for poor installation. Install is a bit tricky and the instructions were not the best. Great units when they work.
