I bought this dishwasher to replace the almost same model that lasted less than 6 years. I love the slate color and needed to match my other appliances, otherwise I would’ve chosen a different brand. GE is one of the very few available in slate. This is a mediocre unit at best. My dishes often have remaining food on them and my glasses often have a gritty residue that’s less clean than when I loaded them. I’ve tried all the suggestions for cleaner results, but only saw some improvement with the constant addition of Jet dry. I would definitely not recommend the unit.

I mean, i dont do the dishes. So for me to rate this im going off what i dont hear. Complaining from the wife. Not a single peep of noise from those lips. Its a blessing.

Very Quiet operation, Dishes and Glasses come out super clean.

Excellent product for the money...we are a retired couple and this washer is not too high tech but just right for our needs

Excellent product. Very quiet. The Jets to clean water bottles, etc are great. I replace a much older model of this dishwasher and it is a big improvement. The delivery and installation coordinated by Best Buy was wonderful. The technicians who removed and installed the product we’re wonderful.

Ordered this dishwasher on-line for delivery. Delivery guys showed up on time (a little early actually) and were in and out in a matter of minutes. So good service from BestBuy. We are not that pleased with this GE dishwasher, though. It doesn't have a rinse or delicate glassware cycle, which we enjoyed on our old washer. Seems a little flimsy and clunky. Does get dishes clean.

Cleans my dishes well downside is the 2nd always slide open and need to remove upper row to accommodate bottled water

Just updated our kitchen with matching GE Profile appliances. We were initially concerned that the dishwasher would not do the job of a higher end Bosch unit we had in our old home. Our fears were quickly banished. This is a quiet and great dishwasher.

Door springs broke after two weeks!! Wish it had lasted because it’s extra quiet and has easy controls out of sight. Does a fair job on tough stains, but cycle is long

This worked great for the first 45 days. My dishes were cleaner than ever before and it's so quiet! A few times I opened it thinking it wasn't on, but it was in the middle of cleaning. However, slowly, it stopped cleaning different sections of the washer. First the bottom rack stopped getting clean. We cranked all the washing loads up to "heavy" and that kind of worked for awhile, but then the top rack started to not be getting cleaned. Then, the spouts on the top rack stopped getting things cleaned. We've had it for 60 days and I've started to have to do most of the dishes by hand or wash them twice in the washer.

Really like how quiet this machine is. Definitely cleans dishes better than our old Maytag.

Performs better than anticipated, the product is slightly louder in operation than anticipated.

It works fine. I like the bottle jets. The bottom spinner did come off and I had to snap it back in.

The normal wash cycle is a little long, but it's quiet and does the job.

This is the first dishwasher I've ever purchased in my life, on my own, from doing my own thoughtful, in-depth, time consuming research and I can't think of anything bad to say about this machine! #ADULTING It's absolutely a Godsend from GE. When it's on, the only sounds it makes is the water draining... it sounds like somethings leaking at first, but it's THAT QUIET that you only hear the water vs a loud motor and whooshing sounds like from my previous 20 year old GE washing machine that came with the house. GE has been making appliances before I was born, so I figured they pretty much have it down by now and that's one of the several reasons I went with GE brand and not the competitors (BOSCH, nasty LG/Samsung). It's features are more than you'll ever need in a mid-level dishwasher. It's rated very high by Consumer Reports too.

Good dishwasher, however the guys from Best Buy offered to take it out of the box for me when they delivered it and they scratched the front of it. I pointed the scratch out to them and they said it was just the plastic on the front and it would peel off. It, however, was scratched all the way through leaving a 2 inch scratch on the door. I tried calling multiple times but due to Covid they do not answer their phones or return emails.

This dishwasher is very nice. Only complaint is hardwiring the thing. Wish I had known ahead of time it was gonna need wired in. But did not include the wiring for the money paid they could atleast send the plug for it

works well very clean dishes although the wash seems long. Usually a lite load take a hour and a half. But there clean and dry due to the heating element. It drys better then my old Bosch. Wow what a surprise. My dishes come out hot from the heating element which dries all my dishes.

Needed a dishwasher ASAP as mine had a sensor fault. Went to Best Buy and was helped by an awesome sales person who determined quickly which machines were available and gave me some pros to support my purchase. The machine is soooo quiet
