It lives up to every promise. I have never put filthier dishes in and seen cleaner dishes coming out.

Very Quiet with great storage

Easy to install for myself with a few common tools. Very quiet. When running , can't even hear while standing within 5 feet. Dry boost is awesome.

It is incredibly slow and adds even more time to what it says it will take at the start. I timed a normal cycle at 3 and a half hours instead of the two it said it would. Dish's being dry is hit or miss depending on how much you put into it. Usually have to leave the door open for a while before unloading. I don't trust it to wash of all the detergent and their can be a film left behind sometimes. Overall, its better then washing everything by hand, but not by much.

Our apologies that you’re not getting the great washing performance you deserve, and we can certainly understand why you’d like some clarification on that. The top reason for poor dishwasher performance is low inlet water temperatures - it should be at least 120°F. To aid in this, turn on the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher, let run until the water temperature stops rising, then turn off the faucet and start the dishwasher. Dishes come out clean and dry every time. We were equally impressed with the installation crew that Best Buy. They were polite, courteous, and prompt. Overall, a very good experience!

I took a chance and turns out I love this model. Very sleek looking and super quiet. I can't hear it running at all.

Ease of use may take getting used to, but is not that complicated. excellent dishwasher

I've all the options - 3 racks, bottle wash, steam, etc. Only negative so far is the run time. All options selected will take well over 4 hours. Shortest time is 1 hour. Washing by hand is faster than that!

I have only washed 1 load of dishes because this is so big and I didn't fill it until recently. It is so quiet you can't even tell if it is running. I love that! The installer did a wonderful job.
