I have to call GE for an appointment to fix this mess because my Total Tech membership only covers this after one year. So - another round of phone calls to get an appointment to fix the “boat anchor” also known as the dishwasher.

Wheels Fall All the Time

On this price point I expect better. yes it is very quiet, but performance is So So, and the better cycle takes a long time. Adjustable rack to select the dish size don't stay in place either; had to use rubber bands to make them stay.

Posted .Oh, dear! We hate to hear of the trouble you've had with your dishwasher and that the wheels have fallen off. This certainly is unusual and we would like to look into this. Please send us a message on social media with the model and serial numbers so we can assist further. To improve the wash performance, make sure the incoming water temperature is at least 120 degrees F. We suggest running the hot water faucet at the kitchen sink before starting the unit. Not impressed for the price point

We bought this about a month before it was installed during a kitchen remodel so we missed out on returning it and getting out money back. It does not dry the dishes like it says it will. It has two dry settings. The first setting does absolutely nothing. The second setting does slightly warmer nothing. We've run dishes though the washer and they still smell like the meals that were served on them. Then, the wheels on the bottom rack kept falling off and two fell off during a wash cycle and melted on the heating element. Luckily it's still under warranty through GE and they are sending a new bottom rack. This thing is worse than our old one and that one was 10 years old....BUT HEY! AT LEAST ITS REALLY REALLY QUIET! RIGHT??

It's good to hear the bottom rack is being taken care of. For the best drying performance, make sure the water is at least 120 degrees when entering the tub. For this, run hot water at the sink to heat the water right before starting a cycle. Any feature increasing the temperature of the water will improve drying such as Automatic Hot Start. Finally, a quality rinse agent also aids in drying the load. Let us know if you have any questions. - John@GEA

Looks good but not great on drying

As with my last GE dishwasher, the a seal gave way and it leaked all over the floor. Ruined my hardwood floors. Second GE dishwasher in a row. Also, the feet on the bottom rack come off and melt during the wash. I got a large supply of them to replace them frequently. No more GE dishwashers for me.
