We are using recommended jet dry, Ive loaded it multiple ways and the dishes and silverware are still not getting clean. Super frustrated. I would not recommend unless you enjoy hand washing dishes and silverware after they have been “washed” in the dishwasher.

Replace pump and circuit boards. Now 2 months later it has failed again. This time it will not drain. Be sure to buy the extended warranty.

I want to start by saying I had my previous dishwasher for 10yrs with no issues at all and it was still working when I took it out. Only reason it was removed was to update all the the kitchen appliances to stainless steel. Year 1 was great but as so as the warranty was up my wash pump failed and it leaked flooding my basement. Now it started leaking again, this time from under the door. I discovered a seal falling apart and its not replaceable. It is attached to the door with rivets. See attached pic. So after 3yrs I'm shopping for a new dishwasher and this time it won't be GE!

Ran it multiple times to verify that it wasn’t just from them testing it. Waited for a replacement and Best Buy said they were coming Friday and then called Thursday to say they weren’t coming Friday, but they would come Monday. Called Sunday and said they couldn’t come Monday and said they would come Tuesday. Called me Tuesday and said they couldn’t come, so I told them to pick it up and I don’t even want a replacement. They got it on 6/22 and I still have yet to receive my refund.

However last week, we found a screw and spring inside the dishwasher and the door doesn't gently open - it just collapses when you open it. This is only 13-14 months after purchase and given it's after 1 year, it is not covered in warranty. Ridiculous
